It was Nick Politis he was talking about however I thought as Gus typed it that meant the Panthers were trying to sign him? Anyway thats a minor detail, the funny part is how it all went down.DarkKnight wrote:

I'm the opposite. Now that everything off field is out of the way (Hopefully), had the week off. From all reports the coach isn't the problem, the players like him. How good is it going to be to see Big Manu get his A game back.
Me too. I love Manu & hope he inspires the team to a win. Hopefully the Warriors follow this thread & see my comment which drives them to a win haha.

I think Warriors will have a good crack. Not sure if they will win, but it could be close. I'm expecting them to turn up, just a little bit.

I've been on the Broncos forum & they all think the Warriors will turn up & win. This surprised me as I thought they would be pretty confident of a win. Further on K-Nik starting. Apparently Waddell has a leg injury & this is why K-Nik is starting.

I think the Warriors are a massive chance against the Broncos.

On the telecast last night they said the dce injury was similar to his last one. Syndmosis or something like a high ankle sprain (guessing 4-6). How accurate do you guys think that is? If there is any news id like to know, as trades are at 11.
I brought Copley in but I may reverse that back to benry if it means bringing in a replacement half next week.

I always wanted to take a sign to the game that read
"My GF likes BIG WILLIE but I love BEAVER" Then Menzies went and retired - selfish.

I've read about 3 articles this morning from the main media outlets and they all said Barrett confirmed DCE's injury (and Lyons) are about a 4 week lay off.
I was pleased with my DCE trade in when he scored the try and 30 min later that excitement turned to dismay when I realised I wasted a trade

I'm exactly the same as you mate, fed up.
It's not just that they play like a bunch of useless fucks - its all the off field rubbish too. They seriously are just dumb fucks.
Half of them just need to get off social media. I have no sympathy for Manu for example. If you sell your family to the cover of Womans Day, if you post your family life to thousands of followers on twitter and instagram, and leverage the heck out of your profile with kids etc to make as much $ as you can, then suck it up and deal with the shit that will come your way if you start popping pills and get caught. OR you can STOP mucking around on social media and start just focusing on your family and job - forget the rest. As one of the more senior members of the squad and arguably the most respected by the players the guy has absolutely failed the team and is indicative of why the Warriors are so shit.
The fans need a rocket up them as well cause their continued support of these idiots and rubbishing of the coach and management perpetuates the problem and undermines everything the non-playing staff are trying to do to right the ship.
The whole thing is a disaster and I can't see it turning round this year. Cappy will go at the end of the season as a result, and I think guys like SJ might leave too, fed up of playing with a pack of fools.

So when will we know if Cam is playing or not? 1 hour before the game or as they're running out......or before that?

I was going to trade in Pearce but since he is out I went the safe option in DCE and he gets injured. How does one plan or avoid shit like that? I am baffled.

Haha, yeah you can't aye.
I got a bit lucky. I held off on trading out Hastings after he got dropped just to see if it was a one-off or not. Ends up it appeared like a long term thing but nw it looks like he'll get another chance. Could have saved me two trades as DCE was an option for Hastings at the time...
