Now I'm no physicist (Actually, I am), but if Milford is moving forward with the ball, and Milford throws it, it's going to continue with Milford's speed due to inertia. This is why the rule is it needs to be thrown backwards out of the hands. Milford gets hit, ball keeps moving. The pass was still backwards. Fuck off Perenara.
