Im stuck. I need to pick two of Smith, Tedesco, Leilua, James. All will eventually come into my side but I want it im order of most beneficial.

James is the only one whose BE is not in the 60's so he is first priority.
Tedesco plays Storm this week so will likely be around 20k cheaper next week.
Smith is backing up from origin against the Tigers so could get an early shower.
I'd go James and Leilua, without knowing the make up of your team.

Ok. Looking at trading Gutherson to BJ.

As Gutherson has a bye this week, his price won't change. BJ has a BE of 60, so he will more than likely drop a little in price. If I don't trade, Asiata will be my 17th man.

So do I trade in BJ for the extra points? Or go for the potential price drop and take Asiata's points instead?

Todays story is using his sisters old quotes from before his managers statement. Either way the Eels are screwed this year. For Semi holders id just wait till next week and keep a trade up your sleeve.

Woah. Just looked at my H2H opponents team for this week. Poor bloke as 0 CTRS and 0 WFB this week before trades. All 9 spots across the 2 positions have either red or blue dots. . Poor bloke.

Is it really worth keeping Guth and Mitchell just for the bye coverage? Want to bring in Mannering.

i'd go James, Smith, Teddy then BJ

James first because he has a low BE so if you are planning on bringing him in the next few weeks then he won't get any cheaper soon.
Smith next because he's going to consistently give good points
Teddy 3rd because good chances he will drop in price by the time you are ready to pick him up
BJ last because you should be ready to pick him up after the raiders round 19 bye

but this quote is apparently from yesterday, after his manager's statement:

I'm throwing a bit of caution to the wind and going Semi ---> James

Even if Semi comes back and plays out the season I will most likely have James scoring better and giving me some depth in the 2RF/FRF.

Bringing in Teddy for Barba/Mitchell will most likely cement my 17.

if BJ scores around 40, doesn't that mean he only loses around $10k? i'd pick him up asap for the possibility of him going nuts. The bigger deciding factor is if you will have enough players for round 19 if you do put him in?

As my team stands right now pre trade, I have 16 (incl Parcell) for round 19. Is 17 the expected number for most people?

I just did some quick calculations and my last 3 trade ins can be done without trading Gutherson out.
