If (and its a big IF giving Cappys track record) he maintains that spot he could be worth the $100K downgrade from Claw

This year, discounting his 1 in Round 8, I've got it at 41.2. No tries whilst at fullback in that. If you want the last couple of years Milchy has his spreadsheets on his pinned post on the main Fantasy page. If you can't find it then let us know and we will link it.

Croker is just out of reach so my options are looking like BJ, TTurbo or JBird. Gutherson's scores in the halves have also been solid over the last two rounds.

Having a sneaky sneaky at the top 10 ranking teams BJ seems to be a common theme :-)

Has anyone considered having a flutter with Gutherson now that Norman is gooooone for the year ? Or would you just play it safe (relatively speaking) and hope BJ is there or there abouts with his epic fending.

    Thoughts ?

Someone should ask him how he feels about foreign governments spying on American citizens :-)

I was reading a Reuters article this morning around their latest poll that suggested the race is too close to call. Results from the last couple of days are "interesting"

I wouldn't worry too much about CLaw's 11. Played less than half a game due to injury.
Main concern would be around his ongoing fitness for the next week or 2. But he is a top 10 centrefold if fit should score well.

Not to say there aren't better players,  just that the benefits of trading may be marginal.

Personally,  I'm running with Aitken,  Gutherson,  Hurrell in the centres and just pick the best 2 based on form and fixtures.
Do have a bit of cash to upgrade one of them,  but might just save the trade

Fair enough, will hang tight this week. Hopefully more peaks than troughs.

Does anyone know why JDB played 80 last week ? Was there an injury in the dragons pack ?

I can get him or Merrin. I would think Merrin will be getting more minutes than JDB considing the Dragon's have a bunch of guys who can play lock ? But Merrin would empty my bank.

Not sure, but reading LS Q+A this week, LAM is out for 3 weeks meaning Cooper is in the front row, meaning JDB should/might be playing 80 minutes.

Reports Hurrell left training early with a "tight groin", not sure if a gee up.

"Tight groin" and "calf strain" were Warriors code for "He's not fit enough to play every round or at least can't play 80mins".

    Buyer beware.

Did the rumours originate from his car and is there any photographic evidence?

Haha, was my first thought as well which is why I initially suspected it was a gee up.

After careful deliberation, I have decided to trade Cartwright to Merrin. While Hunt and Bromwich are below average at the moment, if TMM comes back I don't want to risk it affecting his minutes. That will be my team done with 2 trades left for injuries etc.

Devils advocate here Twisted Evil is there a chance TMM's return also affects Merrin's minutes. ie, TMM returns, Carty gets pushed in to the pack.....maybe Merrin goes back to Prop or shares the back row duties....
