Yeah gotta agree HS. This is the worst party thread ever.

We need meatballs to come in with some subway for catering at the very least.

There are a number of reasons we know of for possibly voting for Trump and probably a number that we don't consider.

You are right though, neither of these two politicians would/will fix the broken system that caused this whole mess to begin with.

I've been trying hard to avoid reading news/opinion today with every man and his dog trying to invent reasons for why Hillary lost/Trump one and the easy things that could have been done to change it.

Its all just making up shit with nothing but their own 20/20 bullshit assumptions behind them (like my claim that Michelle Obama would have won)

Do you think Barba was so happy to go around taking cocaine after winning the GF because tonnes of other league players do exactly the same and none of them ever get busted for it.

The whole "drugs ruin lives" schtick is wasted on tonnes of young people who see so many of their friends doing drugs and concurrently living perfectly normal lives.

From what I am led to believe, everyone who's anyone in Sydney spends their weekends getting coked up to their eyeballs. Why would league players be any different.

Drugs don't ruin lives unless you let them. If you're a weak minded person you could fall into drugs easy enough when you're on them - yes they're addictive but if you can't say no it's because your own will isn't strong enough.

Aside from things like heroin where you get heroin shakes and I've been told feels like you're actually dying unless you have more. (never done heroin)

Cocaine is a party drug where it's only dangerous because you don't know what's in it.

    Drugs are fun.

Michelle would have won, the simple fact though is that Hillary was like the only person who could have lost against Trump considering things like... Benghazi, Emails, DNC Rigging, Flip-Flopping Policies, Super Predators Comment.

My bullshit assumptions are simple, if Bidens heart was still in it and he wanted it he would have won. If Bernie was given a shot he would have wiped the floor with Trump. The problem was that Trump was able to bring Hillary down to his level.

Oprah would have beaten Trump, then given everyone who voted for her a free car.

If you think the same thing wouldn't have happened had Trump lost you're either deluded or very naive.
This was an extremely divisive campaign and even DT himself refused to say he'd accept defeat if he lost.

The crazy thing is that theoretically he could achieve way more then Obama IF the Republicans back him. They may not though, party politics over there is very different to here.

If it was the other way around & Trump supporters reacted in the same way I would have posted the same remark. The reality is though that Trump won the election so we'll never know. In fact the wikileaks emails proved that the only party conducting a divisive campaign was the Democrats. Also Trump has just won Arizona so the victory is even more pronounced.
Also the last time a Republican was President & England had a female Prime Minister Liverpool won the EPL. Since I'm a Liverpool supporter that's why I'm most happy with the US election result. Dance

Oh they would have reacted the exact same way if Trump had lost. The difference is that a lot of people believe the protesting and such at the moment is valid and called for becausr they see Hillary as a more viable candidate. Where as if it was the other way around they would be labelled as racists and bigots for their protesting.

This is in no way an endorsement of either side because the whole election has been a crapshoot.

There's name calling for the current protesters in this thread alone.
I don't disagree and it annoys me that all Trump voters get painted with the same brush but either way, one side would've been protesting and the other side would've been calling them names and ungracious in victory.

I am still seriously worried about what Pence might get pushed through though. His religious based policy is worse than Tony Abbott's ever was. :-/

Trump said Mexicans were rapists. He threatened to deport all muslims. He wants to jail his political opponent. And he has come up with far too many sexist comments to bother listing them.

What on Earth would he have to do for you to claim he was 'divisive'
