They've got a young 5/8 coming through that they'll be hoping kicks on. For memory his name was Jai Field but I could be completely wrong there. I'd say they'd give him another year or so to add some muscle on because he's quite a small kid but from what I've seen I the 20s he's quite a good attacking prospect.

What what now? What would that mean if true? Less cows/guns and more mid-rangers you hope will turn into trade-saving keepers? And more Souths/Eels players.

How many trades did we start the season with last year? I feel like it was 32 or 34 or something. 26 trades for an entire season? Slats will run out before origin starts!

Sure you are correct with 34 mate.
Even being a massive trade whore I don't mind it, it should separate the proper fantasy players, guys who do more planning should benefit.
Cows must be chosen wisely, no dumping early underperfoming guns out (Merrin last year) for slightly better ones

I doubt they'll change the trades to that low. Would be a deterrent to a lot of casual players back end of the season. They want to increase their traffic not have 10k people stop after 13 rounds

Personally I don't care either way. Adapt and overcome. But I think Fanhub will want as many people playing for as long as possible

Can't remember if it was ever less than 26. Something tells me it may have been 20 at one stage. Maybe 2007 or thereabouts.
