My team name is Humza. I'm doing my best to stay up near the top
(Currently 6th) But I simply don't follow the game close enough. My picks are almost exclusively numbers driven. I've been super lucky with scoring so far but it's come unstuck this week.

I'd say I'll find itself top five easily if u close ur round out well. There's others in the top 10 who I don't believe are particularly on to it.

Interested to see where u place end of this round!

Nope bloody had him already in...

Anyway after all of that Finucane somehow miraculously dodged a second bullet when I was trying to check all 3 comps on my phone and blew it again.
Thankfully he pulled out a TA and a decent enough score that I won't lose too much $$.....he also scored the same as Lolo in the end.

With all the TC Debbie ruckus, this week has just been a comedy of errors for me across DT, SC and NRL fantasy comps.

In this comp, I am on 699 but only have JDB and RTS to come - gonna lose some ground.

Have seen a guy with 881 with Tedesco to come.

Just ticked over the 900 mark with updates which seem to happen very quickly in this comp.

859 for me. Playing Suli over Cotric a big mistake . Cam Smith also a poor performer as captain

In terms of the big 3 comps (DT, SC and NRL) I often find myself comparing them to the 3 forms of cricket.

DT is your traditional test match.
A game for the purists that may not have the thrills and spills of the shorter formats but also the only format which the veterans (like yourself Tombsy) will play. Can be dour scoring at times.

SC is like the ODI's.
Not quite as much of a lottery as the T20 format but still favours the attacking stats and hance has a bit more colour than the test matches (aka DT).

Then you have your random, flip of a coin NRL comp that is the T20's.
This is partly based on the platform but is also exacerbated by the week to week price changes.

Yep that one would hurt. I was worried about my centres in Cotric & Walker but they did well this week. Need to get Aubo in sooner rather than later though.

I like this comp more this year with the changes towards negatives.

Hey, interesting, I hadn't looked at that, but maybe not surprising. I think I mentioned a while back in this thread that there are quite a number of teams in the top 20 or so that don't look to have such of an idea what they are doing. They have great starting 17s but their benches are full with no-names, not even playing so of course not making any money.

My team this week was not absolutely terrible, 779? but certainly a score that will send me down the ladder. I just didn't have the big scores to balance the little ones. (c)am has been a disappointment most weeks as (C) and I keep hitting lots of sub 30s (Suli, Hess, Slater, and Gutherson this week).

My problem is I just don't have the time to watch many/any of the games, this week I watched a total of 30 minutes of the Warriors game from the whole round. And most weeks I'd be lucky to watch a game if anything. So I rely on the forum massively to make trades etc.

Looks like you are 2nd overall now mate, well done! I dropped a few to 9th.

I'm up to 12th. Would be 8th if I'd played Cotric over Suli.

1st has a nice lead at this point, but it gets congested very quickly.

Instead of Test cricket v ODI v T20, can also use:

Bridge v 500 v Euchre
Chess v Drafts v Chinese Checkers
NRL v Nines v Touch
