Actually think Jai is a great pick and I didn't even have him on my radar.
Kurt Mann was just outside my current top 10.

I was hoping Jai could slip through and be my 9th pick. I almost grabbed him as my last pick.

He was my next pick, nice pick up Welshy.

Although I understand the idea of "this person is unlikely to be picked by others" I stick to the "pick the best person available at the time" strategy.

Does BL get two hours grace as his picks are back to back or is it Welshy's next pick now?

I would give him the two hour grace period. Not many folks are on so we wont get a rapid fire of picks.

If we don't get it finished by 10-11pm tonight (which we probably will), what's the strategy?
I'll be at the women's AFL from like 1900-2200.

Will leave a list before I head out but should only need to be 10 players deep + I will have my phone on me if need be.

We should have it sorted. We can skip BL at this stage I am sure he wont mind. He mentioned during the day it would be difficult for him anyway. Just see how others feel about it first.

I would say 1 hour however happy to give 2.

we've got to make 25 picks. 3 of those are double picks so it really 22.

I'd suggest everyone just PM a list of picks to someone if they don't think they can check the site regularly.

Otherwise I say we keep going, and if we haven't finished by the time the first game kicks off we just play with squads of 8 (or 7 depending on hoe many full draft rounds we complete)

My least favourite draft position is to be one from the end.

When you have 2 guys you want and you have to decide who is least likely to be drafted by the guy about to make a double pick.

Oh definitely I love being at the ends it is so nice. Although it makes planning ahead harder.
