Wallace played lock in a trial game with most of the other senior forwards missing, so by itself does not mean much.
He might well play lock in round 1. Its clearly at least a possibility, but he is not the only option.
Taia and McQueen started pretty much every game in the 2nd row together last year. With Proctor's arrival its likely one of them moves - either to lock or perhaps Taia goes into the front row rotation.
But if Taia leaves then Proctor and McQueen would presumably be the edge forwards, freeing up lock for Wallace (or maybe some other fantasy value player)
