Wallace played lock in a trial game with most of the other senior forwards missing, so by itself does not mean much.

He might well play lock in round 1. Its clearly at least a possibility, but he is not the only option.

Taia and McQueen started pretty much every game in the 2nd row together last year. With Proctor's arrival its likely one of them moves - either to lock or perhaps Taia goes into the front row rotation.
But if Taia leaves then Proctor and McQueen would presumably be the edge forwards, freeing up lock for Wallace (or maybe some other fantasy value player)

My gut feel is if you are starting the python your NPRs must be pretty weak which is probably a bad idea regardless

I have seen certain teams running RJennings in their starting squad so potentially they could swap Python in for Jennings. I am running with Tedesco as my other WFB outside the two obvious choices in RTS and Hayne.

The Zeb Taia to Joe Greenwood trade is the type of sideways trade I'll be looking to avoid this year.

Dave Taylor at 233k. Or is the Raiders forward rotation too stacked to even bother considering him? If Fensom can't even get a spot what are the chances DT can?

Why do people want to start with Wallace in their team if Paasi is back after a few rounds?

this seems to line up with souths forum users' thoughts that it will be talakai or burns who are into the team after grays injury. either way, there will be a cheapie there in rnd 1
