I thought the same at the start I didn't like it but it picks up nicely!

It's amazing when you think of it how long Smith has been the benchmark for Fantasy - so many other "gods" have come and gone, but Cam stands atop to pantheon.

I'm keen on both of the first options this year. Don't see much use in Uate/Sio and if ARey happens to get selected for SOO? Bad for bye rounds. (Think him and Pearce might be a handy combination in SOO)

The logistics of how much fitting him in without completely destroying my team is another matter entirely.
This twin-Cam deal is hard :/
Pookus McFly wrote:Yeah I think McInnes is rare amongst the guns in that I think he will get great scores and still make up to 100k. Since the shield I have seen him as a must-have. But I still cannot ditch Smith. They say to trust your gut, and every time I try to take him out I just about faint before I can even play with my combos. So I have arrived at twin-Cam. But damn does it make the rest of your team stink.

I tried running Twin-cam but spending $1.1Mil on one position made my squad incredibly top heavy. Not to mention the risk that Havili could sneak onto the bench come round 2 or 3 and steal his minutes.

Who, in contrast to my comedic reaction, I am surprised nobody else seems to be talking about. Though I think maybe Milchow mentioned something three threads back. Breakeven of 35, but almost guaranteed to get you 40+- not a great increase but a base to upgrade from, who plays all the big byes. Only drawback is injury-prone. POD status through the roof. Because, it's Tim Mannah, right? Still a good buy IMO, just not one to have ahead of Gurgess etc.

Archer wrote:TTurbo is my choice of those two. I think he has a higher floor which I value.
Edit: On the other hand its always hard to look at these things in a vacuum when they aren't priced the same. That extra cash might give you an upgrade in another position that's even better. I'd make the team with TTurbo and then look at whether or not you could get a better upgrade with that cash on any of the other guys you have picked.
