There's also the fact though that choosing Smith and Fifita from the start, they are locked in your team and that's 2 trades you save in the long run if you want to bring them in later. My thinking is get as many guns in as you can that are going to be keepers from the start and try and shoot for the right rookies. Obviously there is potential for the keepers getting injuries and suspensions forcing trades anyway, but I don't think you can really think and worry about the what ifs that much.

2015: 44.5 (19 games, 47 mins) - had two big scores in the back half of the season boosted by tries(68 & 77, they were his only tries for the season though)

i think i started him in 2014 after he had a good 2013 and I thought he could boost a little on that, though I was sadly mistaken.
further more:
2014: 106m, 28.6 tackles (38 pts)
2015: 122m, 27.8 tackles (39 pts)
2016: 120m, 26.7 tackles (38 pts)
his workrate on base stats hasn't really changed over the last three seasons. In 2015 he had a much higher attacking output (offloads, tb's, etc)
