Turbo's locked in for me. 85 tackle busts, on a busted ankle for half of it. Will be a keeper in the centres.

Okay managed this as my first McInnes/Brailey attempt
McInnes (VC), Brailey
McGuire, Gurgess, FKaufusi, NPR
Mannering, Gallen (C), Surgess, ET, Sironen, LLeilua
Moses, Lamb, Elgey, NPR
SMat, Idris, NPR, NPR
Holmes, RTS, Hayne, Pythian, NPR
Leaves me with 90k for surgery if needed.

Did he have surgery in the off season? Or did he just rest up? Worried about the chance of recurrence.mulvy wrote:Turbo's locked in for me. 85 tackle busts, on a busted ankle for half of it. Will be a keeper in the centres.

He's gone when Gray returns. Not sure how long Gray is out though.

TTrubo averages
FB -13 games. average 40.7
CTR - 4 games. average 49
Wing - 6 games. average 37
He played far more games at FB than at CTR or Wing, big enough sample size for me to think that unless his ankle injury affected him he will score around the same.
Obviously getting the gig fulltime and another year in the system will aid him, but like a said flip a coin

Quite some time I think he is out for. I think I remember reading a couple of months out of the team
Don't take my word for it.

If he has anything like the role BStewart had at Manly, then he's a long way from undervalued. Snake was a good player too, once upon a time.
Obviously on his skillset he should score a lot more than Stewart, but there could be a lower ceiling than expected.

Edrick Lee to Cronulla confirmed.
Nick Cotric should now be good to go. Currently he is just a CTR, so if Turner plays centre and Cotric on the wing then he should get DPP
I like Cotric as a CCow but that depends on how long Crocker is out. How long will Crocker be out injured??

Turner will be filling in for Croker so Turner will lose his spot & probably go back to the bench as a utility. I'd say Cotric will slot onto the wing for the departing Lee so if he shows good form the position is his.

I wouldn't be too worried about Crocker returning.

I've been looking at stats ad nauseam lately, but sometimes I think you just need to trust your eyes. I love watching the guy play. He will be a superstar. Breaks tackles for fun. He's only 20. He's fully fit now. And like you say another year in the system training solely at FB. Like I said locked in for me.

Norman, Cleary,Lamb, Elgey
Idris, Scott/Kelly, Scott/Kelly, Cotric
TTurbo, RTS, Hayne, Phythian, Jennings
*DeBelin + McInnes would need to carry on great avg from starting stints last year.
On second glance, saving money on no CS9 and Fifita still doesn't give you enough cash to turn mid rangers with potential into guns so not worth the risk.
Similar 2RF to me but I have CS9 and Surgess neither of us have Fifi. You've sunk your money into halves I don't like. Cleary surely is near his peak value and with the issues surrounding Norman I'd rather not risk him

Does what's in front of him at Manly this year help him?Welshy wrote:
only way TTurbo is undervalued is how badly his ankle injury affected him IMO so a toss of the coin because no stats back up him turning elite at FB
They look like a much better attacking team this year.

Speakibg of awesome team names, Mulvy = supernintendochalmers
I must admit it took me a while and I had to google it because it was annoying me that I couldn't quite work it out.
