I saw something that resembled my team earlier. I've gone with the twin cams, and James (instead of Fifi). Most of the rest is fairly stock with surgess, Etay, Gurgess etc. But it does leave the CTRs and NPRs very light on. I've got 8 guys under $149 of which most have a crack at Rd1 - too many?

Just chucking it out there but TMM reminds me a bit of a younger Cody Walker, if he can back himself like in the trials then he could be worth rolling the dice on. At least he has X factor, just unsure how much he will finish price wise

My halves are Lamb and Carty, going a different route there. Saying that, I taped the Titans/Warriors trial last weekend and will watch this weekend so Carty might change to SJ after that.

I was going to say Faufusi and JDB but a few grand short. Can you turn a 143 into a 138?

Apologies if you read it that cut and dry mate, was never calling you out for not basing your decisions on stats in that manner, I know your long history in fantasy and help on This and previous sportal forum and apologise if you took it that way. I'm guessing I was peeved that you simply came out and said you laughed at any side using DSaifiti and left it at that, no reasoning no back up. I should of queried your reasonings instead of being blunt!
The banter is my fave part of the forum so absolutely no apology required welshy. Don't mind me and my stats-less insecurity for this season. It is a strange if not exciting season for me though not looking as much as previous seasons on exit rates and last 5 full matches pricing. Just recalling what I think of players from watching matches. Really intrigued how my season starts on that basis. Assume I will struggle a bit more this year for team value but maybe improve in points.
In terms of querying my reasoning, the reason is really that I don't rate his team at all and will just be annoyed watching him go to the bench a lot. Nothing like seeing your players you've spent 300k+ stay out on the field for mine. I know all props rotate but I worry in this lads ability to turn the minutes he does get into good output and also worry in his overall job security and a bunch of bench starts is inevitable this year, and I can't handle that when paying 350k. Would rather own B Lawrence for 40k cheaper if that's what I'm dealing with. I have no issues or concerns when it comes to players like Gurgess maximising the minutes he does get wiTh TBs

Right best get some work done, but have put together this beauty as I think it's different from what I've seen.
McInnes, Brailey
DSaiiti, Gurgess, FKaufusi, NPR
Mannering, Surgess, ET, SMat, Sironen, NPR
SJ, Lamb, Elgey, NPR
Talakai, Idris, NPR, NPR
Tedesco, TTurbo, RTS, Hayne, NPR
Absolute rollercoaster
Thoughts on whether its viable?

I pretty much love everything about this team except not sure you have a legit captain option?

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 7
might just delete my team, fill them with sharks and Donkeys, and get ranked 1st after the first game. screenshot it and live off that forever
or do the rankings only start after the first round has been completed?
Ahhh horseshit

Heya LB, team looks dece mate. Monster second row and back WFB line.
My only concerns...
You are light in your centres but then I think everyone will be this year. I'd wait til TLT and keep an eye on things but maybe by shifting SMat to the CTR spot that could shore that up a bit (and give you a bit more depth in your reserves). You could dump Talaki (a comment that I'm sure will raise some eyebrows) and go with Kelly or Cotric, saving you a few bob.
With those savings I'd upgrade Mannering. Another comment that's likely to raise eyebrows. But my reasoning behind this is that you need and out n out C option as Mulvy said. You could downgrade Manners to Gallen or upgrade him to JDB. This being said, they all score roughly the same.
It's a risk but I like it!

It really is funny to see the merry-go-round of players that become trendy in everyone's teams for a day or two, only to become duds. Did Cameron King die?

What I like about DSaifiti is the fact he can bust a tackle and works very hard for a big man. He played good minutes towards the backend of the season 45-55 minutes and is now the knights No.1 prop. Snowden was a gun in a shit knights team so I'm sure Saifiti can be that guy also
