What Grinds Your Gears? Empty What Grinds Your Gears?

    Post by standard-issue Fri Oct 16, 2015 2:21 pm

A thread to air your grievances with the world  Very Happy

    I'll start.

Sooooo, something I've never had cause to share with anyone till now, but with the housing boom in Perth over the last 10 years the incidence of this blight occurring has been rapidly increasing:

FUCKING WHITE PAINT DROPPED ALL OVER ROADS!!!

I hate it, it shits me, it really grinds my gears.  Seems to happen at roundabouts more often than not.  I'll be cruising along in the Stato, listening to some inspirational metal, KFC Streetwise by my side, then boom, a stretch of road that has been scarred for eternity by some merciless painters who were running late for happy hour at the local.

    FUCK

    YOU

Sydney drivers are one of my pet hates, every single one of the cunts but especially couriers and p platers. A turning lane is for turning not overtaking you miserable prick, thanks for making me slam on the brakes and spill my beer.

I have never driven in Sydney.  The cab rides I have had have been scary enough.

I can stand it when someone takes a slice of pizza, but not a piece adjacent to an already missing slice.

That's the height of rudeness IMO. Not to mention the freaky aesthetics of seeing a partly eaten pizza with more than one gap.

Agreed, there is a simple and obvious sequence, and skipping that sequence to grab a larger piece or one with more pepperoni is like jumping the queue at school tuckshop.  Blokes need to be dead armed for that shit.

I hope there is a Sportal get together sometime soon. Im the bloke who takes the bigger slices of garlic bread, not the shitty little end piece.

    lol!

I will admit I do that as well, but not because it's bigger, because my teeth are a little sensitive nowadays and the crusty bit is a no go.  I do show some poise though, I wait for someone else to snap that mother fucker in half first, so I can go straight to a middle bit  Very Happy

I'm my family's bitch. They get the best part of the garlic bread and I get the ends. If I'm lucky I get the slice before the end as well. Sad
