Does anyone ever in the history of sauce know anyone who has got food poisoning from sauce kept in a cupboard inside use by date.

It's a conspiracy between kelvinator and fountain to get you to buy a bigger fridge back in the 70's.

Does the additional bacteria make it taste better? While your sauce is in the cupboard they are fucking and making bacteria babies

My in-laws keep their sauce in the fridge.

Gloopy shit that won't come out of the bottle easily.

    Lol

Sauce belongs in the fridge. There's no debating it, people who don't keep it there have obviously suffered one too many concussions.

What grinds my gears ............. Germ Police !

Fair dinkum, what kind of nonce worries about bacteria in tomato sauce Lol

Have any of you ever had a good look inside a commercial kitchen, or, God forbid, travelled and eaten in a less-than-1st World country ?
As long as you don't go round licking doorknobs or greeting people Hopoate-style, you'll be fine. . . . . and quite frankly - if you don't possess [by now] the most basic of personal hygiene skills - the gene pool can do without you.

Tomato, BBQ and Sweet Chilli in the cupboard.
Steak and Onion, Satay, Oyster and Hoisin in the fridge - because that's the way I like it.

You have obviously never had food poisoning DL or you are ignorant / dont know much about food safety otherwise you would be more careful about food storage.

I don't want to know the savage that doesn't use tomato sauce enough that is has the chance to go off in the cupboard.

Cold sauce on hot food is the stuff of nightmares.

Another touchy subject, sauce on top of chips or to the side and dip?

I'm a smotherer and I seem to be in the minority there.

Just checked the bottle and on the side it says refrigerate after opening. Hmm.
