If you decide to play Suli weekly you're just going to have to cop the odd 10-15 to go with the 40-50s

Also if you already have kromwich and kaufusi, having a third means it's too risky

Cotric's marking up on Edrick Lee which kind of means 'Run here for a try' although the Panthers right edge was fucking weak yesterday. However it was so bad it never even got to the wings for a try. Thompson/Widdop were the beneficiaries of Cartwright's bad defence.
I think both are good chances of scoring a try but that'd be a flip of the coin decision for next week.
Hopefully Phythian goes alright today to eliminate that decision.
Generally fullbacks score better than wingers.

My way in to getting JDB next week would be Klemmer >> Musgrove, ET >> JDB. Would give me a set and forget second row of Surgess, Mannering, JDB for the rest of the year.
Thing is, neither Klemmer or ET were massively disappointing and both have room to improve. While I want to correct what looks like the error of not going JDB in the first place, the two trades taken together seem pretty sideways?

Good stuff. I don't have talakai or suli, but have moga. Do u have idris and it would be silly to trade him out? I'm thinking it would be. On the other hand il see how Pythian and Kelly go today. Not sure suli will score well but doesn't need to after the 52
I have Idris and I'm definitely not trading him out. Won't play off the bench every week and scored 17 points in the second half with no attacking stats.

I, too, made the same mistake of not starting with JDB, and I can't see myself making those kinds of trades to bring him in. What I do see is a lot of other coaches doing trades like this to get the likes of JDB, or Teddy, or the like into their teams, but I believe they'll be making some unnecessary sacrifices.
I've got Klemmer and ET, as well, but I think it's best to see what improvements do come.

Only way to get JDB in for me is go sideways. Maybe trade a mid-ranger for a cheapie so I can go Gal to JDB but really it's a waste of two trades

I'm ok with my team apart from elgey in the 17. My plan is to upgrade him first, but I need to make some coin and pray that Brailey holds his spot as long as possible.
To be honest i elgey kicked a lot more than I thought which is a good sign. He got shut out the first half 3 points I think at ht. so perhaps there is more upside to him in easier fixtures

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 13
555/10 and a rank of just under 17k for me. Thought I'd be a little bit higher than that but I guess there'd be a few sides with most of the big scorers in them.
I don't have Teddy or McIinnes but was lucky enough with Mitchell's 68 and I also have JDB, actually had him as captain until an hour before lockout but changed to Smith for peace of mind........ ahhh what could've been.

Which players, playing today, who are NOT in your team, will you be watching closely? For me, those are Winterstein, Kaysa P, and Matagi.

They really missed Peats, and I think Tyrone is gonna be a target for any hard charging forward.

577/11+C for me.
Didn't realist Wallace had 32% ownership. I half considered him but he never really stayed in my team too long. Seems like one I've missed...

Well crap! Forgot I don't have Lamb in my team. I'll add him to that list.

552/11 + C
Still to come:
SiMat
Sironen
Johnson
Lamb
Kelly
RTS
Reasonably happy with that. Definitely above average thanks to Teddy and McInnes.
No panic trades for next week at this stage.
