Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 13
Seems like some people are trying to chase last weeks scores (once lockout is over) in trading in Tedesco/JDB etc. I don't have Tedesco and won't be trading him in for a while, definitely won't be dropping Gutho for him in the short term.

707 from 13. Have lamb, Kelly, SMat and Rts left to play. Only real dissapointment so far is JWH. Might give him another week and see if Wallace was a 1 off score.

As a Clay Priest owner I was happy with his 32 tackles in 39 minutes.. However, his Paul Carter esk -15pts is a bit of a concern. How do we see his minutes affected when Junior Paulo returns?

a) fuck Mary, for scaring me off McInness with Field and then throwing him on for 10 minutes for shits and giggles, what was the point of naming him & where am i gunna find the extra 200k i need to upgrade Pritchard next week?
b) Walker's really going to have to pull his finger out tommorrow thanks to all these CTW/WFB cash cows hitting decent scores, i'm not sure having a pricey CTR is a luxury worth having,if he doesn't hit a big score he might be part of my solution to point a)
c) thanks Madge for pulling Gurgess out, I wouldn't have had Wallace otherwise and thank god I decided to Keep Elgey in my NPRs
384 from 7 +(C), can't complain about travelling at an average of 50+ per player but i've learnt from years of experience that during the fantasy season every sunday is Bloody Sunday for my team, i look forward to spending 4 hours tomorrow watching everything crumble down around me
I am 393 from 7 + (C). I am fairly certain our teams today will be quite different though. What are you hoping from Pritchard today? I reckon he can hit 40 at least.
Got Pritchard, Brown, Saifiti, Moeroa, Mata'uita, Sironen, Norman, Walker, Ruivasa-Sheck & Phythian to come

Will Cartwright have to face the integrity unit for paying a girl $50,000 to have an abortion?

Still to come:
SiMat
Sironen
Johnson
Lamb
Kelly
RTS
Reasonably happy with that. Definitely above average thanks to Teddy and McInnes.
No panic trades for next week at this stage.
If Johnson and Sironen score 74 or more points combined than tturbo, you beat me this week

thats one hell of a score, well done.
I think 800 first round gives any team a great base for the season

I wasn't on here much last year, spent most of my time in one of those FB groups, but wasn't there some sort of award in his honour? -15 surely has to be up there to get it.awanamafia wrote:As a Clay Priest owner I was happy with his 32 tackles in 39 minutes.. RIP Weapons
Yeah, the Paul Carter Award was introduced by our illustrious bluetige. It was shared around the other groups by his mate as well.

Only upside of jbrom injury is I'll bring in Wallace and make cash for the jdb trade. Had him in my team for weeks and traded him out last minute for Gallen to upgrade Mcinnies to smith

Four forward bench for the Warriors. Steer clear of that forward rotation!

Chambers, Munster and Blair are facing charges this week from the Storm.
Munster probably the only fantasy relevant one there to keep an eye on.
Judiciary usually don't look favourably on tripping either. :/

Carter Award will return this year, at the moment there is a 3 way tie at -16 between, Cartwright, Maloney and Peachey. Still 2 games to go and I'm hoping for 1 winner only, not these ties.
