Mick Ennis has a fantastic football brain and I am always amazed at the eloquence at which he brings his points across. What a talent Fox has unearthed in time for the launch of their 24 hour channel- can see him being a big part of a lot of these shows for some time. The other person who is actually quite surprisingly media-savvy is DCE.

I said it last season when he was on NRL360, and I will say it again.

And where is Shirvo ? Are we finally rid of that abysmal front man ?

We only lose round 1 games against the Eels.
I think we'll win but it won't be as big a margin as everyone is thinking.
Really taking nothing away for the Knights but I still don't think they'll be a competitive/finals-bound team this year.
Warriors should make the eight but will probably fall at the last hurdle in the last few rounds knowing us.

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 13
He he
Just checked out the Fantasy overall league.
and in Fantasy League 7, going into Sunday of Round 1, it is the battle between 123rd (The Cats of Reversible Destiny on 393 points) and 127th (Tramsquad on 365 points).
As we can't see each other's teams, it is hard to predict the winner, but as I still have 10 to play, I am hoping for a significant jump.
57,066th overall to at least in the top 10,000 I hope!

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 13
Wonder if Phythlan posts a 30-50 score to make it tougher to decide next week who goes on ground
Suli will be a popular choice given he scored 52.
Cotric did well against the cows in a tough game.
Idris is the one I think stays off ground, but won't be too long until he is the preferred choice.
Moga/Talakai look good enough to hold on field. Will probably bench Suli next week though and run Cotric/Phythlan.

An old gripe of mine albeit a huge one, no fantasy points for intercepts right ?? A huge turning point should be worth points.

intercept should be a line-break imho.
How far behind are these stats? Johnson still not awarded the tackle break and line break :/

Lamb with the try assist off his kick then it was taken off him for no idea what reason.
If his name was Thurston they would have given him the line break assist too ........

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 13
I get that the stats guys might miss some things every now and then but did they honestly go and have a cup of tea when Johnson broke the line and forced the line drop out?
They may miss some small things but how can they miss the focus of the entire play for 5-10 seconds in a really good piece of play?
Also, shit Maumalo needs to go.
