I dont know much about him, whats gubb job security and scoring potential like? Thinking of trading out jbrom for him, he will be in my 17 over elgey as 4th reserve. Like others have said jbrom should drop 50-70k. Gubb should pick up that much in price rises or more

The obvious selections would be moga and wallace. Somehow in my mind I decided to start the year with both jwh and saifiti over wallace. Ive seen plenty of people saying saifiti for wallace but im not sure wallace is worth the trade in as hes not a keeper and i want to grab browmich when he bottoms out. The next best option looks like musgrove. Tearing my hair as as too whom i should bring in. Cheers
Smith/Brailey
Fifita/Saifiti/JWH/Papalii
JDB/Gallen/Smat/Sironen/Kaufasi
Lamb/Norman/Elgey/Jacks
Talakai/Kelly/Idris/Suli
RTS/Hayne/Gutherson/Cotric/Pythian
Welcome aboard mate. I like your trades bringing in Wallace & Moga for D. Saifiti & Phythian. Wallace has a b/e of 18 this week & should score at least 45 & should make good money for your J-Brom targeted purchase.

Thinking Tapow and JBrom out and JBD and Wallace in.
Thoughts?
Any others to consider?
To trade or not to trade?
My 3 and 4 reserve would be Lamb/Elgery without trade. (Playing Jacks)

I dont know but one would think once the warriors get their rotation sorted, i,.e. Bodeene back, Luke and Mannering fully fit & injury free and playing 80, then I reckon his fantasy performance last round will be his ceiling this year. With that in mind Im not sure he will be a great pick up.

Slater or Foran?
This is exactly my conundrum. Thinking of going Hingano to Jacks.
Foran sounds like he could be out for longer mate, but not 100%. Hingano looked good, nit sure if that translates to Fantasy.
EDIT: rumours Foran won't play till Round 8 or 9; Slater you would think would be back in the next month...or not at all.

Gidday mate, Im not the man to answer you question (welcome though), but from what I can see many people went with Saifiti, and a number with JWH too so your are far from alone.
And yes, you will see many on here suggesting Wallace aint worth the trade in for a number of reasons. So you'll get varied responses there.
In keeping with my theme of not being the person to aswer your question, I'll throw another one out there, is there value for you in swapping Papalii with Yates? Papalii is rated highly at the warriors but even after one game (and all the injuries) it seems he will find it hard to get time this year. Yates looks to be one of the few cows up front and could be worth the trade... Interested to hear what others say.
On Saifiti and JWH one has to question how much has changed between people wanting them before rnd 1 and now. Is it enough to dump them?
For what its worth though at this stage I am looking at upgrading Paufusi to Wallace based on peoples suggestions (using some money from a down grade).
My bad I actually do own Yates. JDB/Gallen/Smat/Sironen/Kaufasi/Yates as my second row. Ill keep my eyes on JWH this week. If he cant get fired up and have a big game against the doggies pack (klemmer/graham etc) He wont get up for anything. Im going to hold JWH but trade saifiti i think> I dont really have the luxury to wait and see with saifiti as cash is a bit of an issue for my squad atm.. Then their is the temptation to grab musgrove and move smat to centre to bolster centre. Or i could trade pythian to moga to bolster my centres, ah too many options. Cheers for the advice anyway, I guess I have to decide whether moga or musgrove are better additions to bring in.

Just chucking this in, as they do look like decent trade options.

Bellamy on Slater - still no clearer lol:
"He could be [back next week], or the week after, or the week after, or the week after that," Bellamy said.
"We want to be 100 per cent sure. We're really keen to have him back in and he's really keen to get back in. We have to make sure he's back in right time."

I had Koro as my 2nd hooker thinking this could be his year at nailing down a full time hooker gig. I think it is a mistake after seeing the way he was used, and performed, last week. With the addition of Cullen to the bench, along with Brown, I'm biting the bullet and downgrading him to Pritchard, who it looks like is being given the opportunity to establish himself as the Eels 80 minute hooker. It frees up enough cash to bring Norman into my halves and move Walker to FB. I'm still carrying Pythian now though, but figure he can wait.
Looking at;
Koro > Pritchard
Tia Maria > Norman
Team after those trades
Smith, Pritchard
McGuire, Vaughan, Kaufusi
Surgess, Bromwich, ET, Bateman
Norman, Jacks
Turbo, Smat
Walker, Hayne, RTS, Suli
I.Papalli, Kaufusi, Yates, Hingano, Fogarty, Idris, Kelly, Pythian - 18k.
Now watch Koro score 60 against his old club.
Love the new a avatar Rabs. It's staying right?

I would trade in Musgrove (b/e 20) this week against a depleted Manly pack. Although Moga has a b/e of 2 he's up against a very good defensive team in the Cowboys.

My slant on it is, if they keep winning there is no hurry to rush him back.

Which trade would you pick as a cash grab:
(a) ET out & Bateman in or
(b) Sironen out & Winterstein in
Thanks.

Oh sweet, well then on the plus side you have pretty much got all the CCs so by round 5 you should have a whole heap of money to work with. I guess in the mean time it's about maximizing your scoring.
Tough call huh, but yeah maybe Daifiti to Wallace may well be a good option. The $20k you get, plus the DPP (which will be really nice) might be enough for you to pull the trigger, but I guess at the end of the day you'll need to make a call on what you think each of them will be scoring moving forward!

Neither?
Surely you dont need the cash that badly or there are other options. ET scored 40 didn't lose much and could still become a gun. Sironen was perfect.
