My take on Musgrove (I own him) & his minutes. I think he played 39 round 1 but he hadn't played the last 2 trial games so he was a bit under done. He is going to be the alpha prop in 2017. He is better than Tyrell & the Burgess twins. At full fitness imo he'll be getting up to 50 mins & I think each game he'll gradually play more mins.

Was going to go all out and get Nofo, but might play more conservative and get as many cows as I can. Looking Saifiti to Wallace and Pyhton to Moga. Would mean I pretty much have every cow I think; Moga, Suli, Cotric, Talakai, Idris, Kelly, Jacks, Elgey, Kaufusi, Winterstein, Sironen, Yates and Musgrove. Sounds like too many and might cost be points haha.

Just reposting this here for VikingTaxman, his team needs work. Where would you start?

I started with all of those bar two (Talakai & Winterstein). Just letting those two go personally. No trades for me this week.

Yates, Stimson may only be in the rotation for 2-3 Weeks pending J. Bromwich and then the Storm have more guys coming back from injury so may not get a run for awhile. Yates posted up an alright score should make cash and looks secure in his position at the moment.

Holy shit Random. He could probably start but downgrading some of his backs & buying better forwards.

Might just go for them all and then hopefully I can sit tight for a couple of weeks. Means I'd have to play a few of them, but most scored well enough.

    Thanks Random!

Like I said in the other thread, all thoughts are welcomed as totally new to this [and obviously have blinkers on, kinda...]

    @VikingTaxman -

How much cash is left in the bank?

I would start by downgrading Don to Suli then depending on how much cash you have I would upgrade Arrow to someone.

not gonna go near trbo until i see he is scoring consistently over 40. By then he should of dropped a bit as i see him dropping in attacking stats in the next few weeks making him a good trade option for elgy via guths

I am thinking the best advice would be to downgrade Chambers to Suli? Gives him $100k in the bank plus whatever he has to upgrade elsewhere.

Cheers! Forwards are the big points earners then. Noted.

Suli huh - cool, thanks. I've got $22,000 CAB.

All is not lost for VikingTaxman. The bones of his team are solid, it is just a few other choices elsewhere that are the problem.

At least he has Smith, JDB, Dugan, Thurston and BJ.

Just read Cartwright wants to play this weekend but hasn't been cleared by the club. So a chance he doesn't play this weekend. Ugh!

Hate to say I told you so.. but I told you so (I'm sure others did too). It made no sense to start the year with somebody so expensive who weren't sure when he was going to be back. Hopefully lesson learnt and you don't do the same next year Smile

Sucks for Cartwright owners since the Panthers are the second last game of the round.
