Which do you think is a better trade?
Sezer to jacks and safiti to barnett (more money potential, riskier with field, elgey, norman and jacks in halves - dont like elgey in 17)
or
Safiti to leota and sezer to sj (safer, less money potential tho, however alot of money tied up in norman/sj in halves)
(already have other obvious cash cows in wallace, siro, matagi etc
or
Safiti to gubb and sezer to lamb (I feel thats too sideways and to many mid rangers)

I have no Roosters or Bulldogs players. I hate not having an interest in the only game on a day

There was some talk about Mannah pre round 1 & against Manly he played 51 mins scoring 46 points (29 tackles, 1 missed tackle, 1 offload & 173 run metres). That's some decent numbers. Anyone think he's worth bringing in @ 336k. I was keen on Bateman yesterday but Croker could be back soon so I've gone off him. Thoughts & thanks.

Mannah should be a 50 point avg prop but he is just so dam soft

This actually worries a bit Wolfie. Bloke might have a stormer this week but how long till he realises he only has to put in as much as his other forwards. Depends on the character of the bloke I guess.

Goodwin I went a bit crazy and captained a forward last week, I think he deserves the C again this week. Got away with the pack this year so no real crazy stuff just yet but when it starts to get ugly Goodwin is straight in

Further re Mannah. I was lurking on an Eels forum & they were actually impressed how well he played. Apparently every year he becomes the scapegoat & they think he's soft. But they think the reason for the good performance is that his first baby is due soon & they think this made him go to the next level. Maybe he will become the consistent 50 point player due to this.

Last year he averaged 35 pts in 40 mins (0.87 PPM). If he continues to get 50 odd minutes and maintains his PPM he would average low 40s - which would see him rise to around to $400K odd.

There's probably better value with less risk out there.
