    Idris or Hayne to RJennings.

Had it locked in as Hayne all week but now second guessing myself. :/

How bad does your WFB look this week because of no Hayne/RTS (Assuming you have RTS)? Trade Idris out if you're able to cover Hayne's absence.
Eventually Idris might get back to full fitness but it's a longer time coming than Hayne coming back I can tell you that.

That's what I'm starting to think.

Bringing in GJennings into my WFB to cover Hayne/RTS anyway so no issue leaving Hayne on the pine.

Only good thing about this week is souths/knights play before manly/cows who are before tigers. Planned trade is talaki to hess via sione, but if a miracle happens and talaki plays i can trade idris to hess instead.

What would the Titans backline look like at full strength?

Hayne and Hurrell you'd think would be there. Probably Don too.

Would Copley get the nod over Sarginson if both fully fit? And who gets the other wing spot. If TRD gets a run in firstgrade will he be too good to pass up or would Vidot/Zillman/other get the nod.

Whats the deal with all this Hess talk. Surely the two games of increased minutes have been inflated by injury. Trade in trade out after 2 or 3 rounds to get some cash. Is it benifitial?

    Please explain the logic?

OK, It looks like Elgey survives one more week in the 17.

I can go either Hayne to Hess or Phythian to Hess, however the former results in -6k.

If I knew Hoare would play in the prop rotation from this week onwards I would downgrade Moeroa to Hoare and trade Phythian. I am reluctant to trade Hayne out, but this may be my only option.

Of course, I go downgrade Hayne to a cash cow winger, but it feels so random at the moment and none of the options seem completely solid.

No other downgrade options at prop or 2rf appeal. Getting Phythian out for Hess would be ideal though and changing mid-range Moeroa to a solid cash cow would be beneficial. The question is who in the 2RF / FRF at under 328k.

It is not just the cash, but the permanent on-going larger minute role with Matt Scott gone. I would predict an long-term average of 40 to 45. That is a pretty enticing addition to the cash in my book.

Does anyone think that the Broncos will put in a flat performance tonight due to the extra time last week. Look what happened to the Raiders.

I'm actually surprised metre eater Vidot isn't in the side. He would provide some more go forward to start their sets as he did so well at the Broncos. Maybe he is lacking match fitness or something. Surely Copley will feature in the side from next week on however maybe he could play on the wing like Kahu does at the Broncos.

I'm going TRD. A 138k player with a negative BE? Yes please! Will only take a few weeks to make some decent $$$. Plus who knows if Talakai will slot back in at some stage, nobody thought he would be dropped entirely after 1 week. Whose to say the same thing won't happen to Jennings?

    Just my 2 cents...

I had a good look myself and decided against bringing Hess into my side. I brought in Abbey for WFB cover and TyroneRD as quick cashie NPR.

Man if Jacks plays that Hampton role of last year you could be looking at 15 points.

I see the Titans backs at full strength

    Hayne
Don/TRD/Zillman (no order, Don and Zillman both spent time in ressies last year)
    Sarginson
    Hurrell
    Copely

Titans waiting on Copely approval to join 19man squad, Also dont think both Sargs and Zillman will be fit this week

    Phythian to Hess,

Moeroa to Simpkins / Hoare / Tetevano / or Spina

leaning towards Hoare, but Simpkins will play well before there is confirmation of who is playing for the Cowboys

Minutes wise I reckon he averages between 50-55min with scott gone, as mentioned he should score 40-45 and outside thurston will jag a try every third game to push that to 50 now nd then. For me it means I don't run kelly in my CTR but Sione, and Hess in my 2RF, extra 10-15 points weekly in short term. if Hess was to score 40,40,50,40,40,50 (not that unlikely) he is at 407k. If he goes better than expected, he could make a step up to a 45-50 average, with his occasional try will take him to keeper category. worst case scenario he scores 40, maxes at 390k and I jump off to a gun like Surgess/Bodene/Manners for 100k.

For me its the potential, and I think to myself, if I knew a 138k would score 40-45 long term and every couple of games go large with a 50+, earn me minimum $70-100k, would I make the trade for another $138k cow that has stalled? Answer is yes, especially at start of season when we are running that dodgy sub 40 scorer in our 17.
