I'll end it here because you're clearly a troll, I'm clearly biting and I'm disrespecting TLT and the forum having other posters

And I asked a pretty standard non provoking question.

And what was your following reply with that was "non-provocative"?

I didn't suggest in my previous post to trade out Gallen for Surgess at all. I merely just responded to this comment you made earlier:

It would be similar to trading out Sam Burgess right now (another stupid move if anyone were to do so).

Fortunately Melbourne play late so if need to switch to the likes of Jacks, it's easy done

For what its worth, I am actually selling Gallen for Hess this week. As a former gun, Paul has every ability to pump out a 90+ on any given week. Is he still a gun? Im going to say no from what I observed at the end of last season and the first 3 rounds this season. Im afraid hes the kind of keeper that you expect 55 every week because of the price tag but as you watch him you're looking thru eyes from a couple seasons ago.

Definitely not saying he's past it, Im saying that he is wiser and conserving the body with the lower risk plays, less minutes and less yardage. And again, at any given moment he could wind the clock back and unleash. But I think his priority is getting to the Big Dance.

Hess might be a keeper come mid season, his talent justifies minutes. With Scott out and a lack of punch up front (bolton, fusi, hoare) are good but its daylight between them and coen. In saying that, it looked like he was defending really wide last round but he did get the big minutes which was good. When lolo comes back its going to be hard not to fit him (hess) in. He's a raw talent with good upside. His average and price tag currently make him look great so it's also a cash grab for me.

And it may mean trading Gallen back in come origin. For now, for my team doing this trade helps me go elgey to SJ next week which is a high priority.

I could have done daifiti to hess last week but i went to wallace, hindsight is always easy aye.

    Need some help this week,

Made some bad choices at the start of the year, and Hoare this week, which means I am behind the 8 ball. Two sub 650 point rounds in a row.

    HOK: Smith / Kritchard

FRF: Wallace / Kaufusi / Matagi / Hoare

    2RF: JDB / Surgess / Moeroa / Sironen / Sata,uita / Yates

HLF: Norman / Moses / Lamb / Jacks

CTR: Dalker / Cotric / Talakai / Kelly

    WFB: Holmes/ RTS / Suli / Hayne / Phythian

Those in bold I am worried about.

Moses has a break even of 62 this week and will lose 17k even if he pulls a score of 40. If I don't get rid of him this week, Want to pull in Gutherson and transfer him later to wing when a cash cow presents in the halves.

Moeroa is a liability, but as he is suspended, he will not lose cash. His cash needs to be use elsewhere. Bought on the idea that he would be active 80 minute edge forward, but it has not happened. Thinking Simpkins, Paufusi, Fonua Blake or Crichton or Capewell. Simpkins is probably the front runner but none of them are inspiring.

If I go Moses to Gutho, I need to make 7k up with another trade, Apart from what I have suggested, I cant think of what else to do but try and fix WFB somehow. Holmes to FB, The sharks know it is the right thing to do.

    Ideas?

Risky but Hess appears to have a higher ceiling than Gallen so far this season and you'd be up by $140,000 after the trade so why not

Interesting to hear Paul Kent say that Seggy apparently paid his Leeds transfer fee out of his own pocket.

You wouldn't do that unless you had a good plan going forward.

Thankyou. I happen to agree, my avatar is absolutely fabulous. Please feel free to elaborate in further detail if you so wish however I would much rather you elaborated with your predictions regarding Gallen and his points average and price value over the next 5 rounds and what he will finish up on come seasons end.

    So lets have it?

    Paul Gallen:

    5 round average:
    Season ending average:

    Price after 5 rounds:
    Season ending price:

    And...GO!!!

    I'd like that.
I've bought him in for Siro so that I can then bring Aubo Love in for SMat. Changed strategy there a bit but Aubo Love looks like a better deal once moved to the centers than SMat

I have fifi, jdb, mcguire, mannering, wallace, mccinnes already but my halves are brock, jacks and my centres and wfb are all cashies. So its time for me to start building the halves and backs.
