    On a serious note Welshy.

What the fuck do we do with Moses!!
Is Lamb/Jacks a smart way forward and then use Moses money to beef up the pack?

Lamb/Jacks probably too light assuming Elgey and ? would be on the bench mate

I might go Norman and wait 2 weeks for Whitehead and JBrom to bottom out

Got CWalker in last week didn't I mate so the cash stocks plummeted

Moses will bleed cash with a +60 BE and has looked pretty clueless in all seriousness, few decent forced drop pus but those ain't getting me my fantasy points

Getting rid generates the cash needed to turn Siro - Whitehead and JWH - JBrom

Must admit I like the Walker to half move, but have never been a Moses fan.

I'm struggling to decide my 3 at WFB so think it's a bit easier position to flesh it than halves in that sort of price bracket. Halves it's ether top dollar or Lamb. At WFB there are all kinds of options 160-350k

FWIW - I moved Gutho from FB to half for exactly this reason too

Kicking myself for having no DPP options outside of halfback. Makes the moses trade very restricted.

Moses has the game sample with no Farah where he averaged 45+ for more than 10 games so that was good enough for me pre season lol that hasn't materialised yet and don't think I can hang on to find out

I can keep CWalker at the back to keep that strong with RTS and one of Cotric/Abbey/Hayne when he returns, Managed to get Norman into the halves (who I had all pre-season  Rolling Eyes) to partner Lamb with Jacks/Elgey NPRs

thought Norman would go gangbuster this year and said it all preseason, he has the huge game in him and a good, high floor because he kicks for days with Gutho alongside him

although Norman is premium $$$ keeping CWalker at the back gives me more confidence than playing 2 of Suli/Abbey/Cotric/Kelly etc

If you can get Norman, fair play

I think you know what you get when going with Moses. There's no doubt he's a talented and lively little turnstile. Definitely better than Brooks and in the right match against the right opposition and with the right forwards defending around him, he has decent potential and upside

Why trade out a player who has pretty much bottomed out in price? Sure JDB is an upgrade on Gallen but I think he would be better off waiting a couple of weeks until his cashies have peaked then upgrade one of them to JDB so he can run with a forward pack of McGuire, Graham, JDB, Mannering and Gallen.

I was following Gallens plays quite closely in that game on the weekend and it just seems like he's not as involved in the tackles as previous years. He also isn't a 80 min player anymore to top it off so I think there are better players around his price with a higher average. Going straight from a cashie to JDB is quite expensive.

So what MITB do you have to upgrade these problem childs??

Can just easily downgrade one of them and use that money to upgrade someone else.

White Lightning wrote:How safe is Capewell in the 17. If he gets dropped from the starting 13 will he go to the bench or drop out of the 17. Atm he's playing ctr but he has Feki & Beale as competition. Also if they decide to move Holmes to f/b then Bird would go back to ctr. So again does he go to the wing & keep out Feki & Beale or does he go to the bench or out of the 17. Anyone know how nailed Capewell will be. Thanks.

Once the Sharks went behind Bird moved back to centre, Capewell to wing and Holmes to fullback

Def knew there would be some ups with downs but that -3 pre updates pushed me over the edge I think, guess the decision comes down to waiting for a form uptick and to see if he can become the 45+ player I got him to be under a new coach then catch one of the gun halves on a poor turn of form later in the season or suck it and go to the gun half now and throw Norman into the mix

What are peoples thoughts on Vaughn? Is he gonna be able to keep up this kinda pace? Huge PPM at this stage and pretty much all base stats. Just the one try too inflate his numbers somewhat.

"Better than Moses but for not much money" was my one criteria. Tigers also seem to be a basket case this year, will purge my team of them, eels had their bad year and are rebuilding
