Holmes to Slater - I guess slater is more of a chance than Holmes at this rate for origin. And given Bird's effort at the back last week, I reckon he's got this weekend at the back before being named back in the CTRs.
If you got him, I'd hold. But I brought Slater in this week (for Moga - as I couldn't see him breaking the Canberra edge defence much and I he'd be up against Liepana right?)

KBrom or SMat to Hess?
I know, I know. I have missed large amounts of Hess money however SMat is a concussion concern at the moment and K Brom hasn't lit the world on fire or is it a little too sideways. I see KBrom hitting peak soon and SMat maybe in a week or so and I feel Hess is just going to keep going up and score more points?

So i just went waqab to hess and idris to ponga, hardly any cash left but dayum the forwards look great. Cotric in the centres with sione and talakai. Not bad not bad. But at the cost of not having tturbo, tedesco, norman, SJ and codyw

Actually from memory Toots is up against Roberts as he tends to make him his bitch, so yeah that would put BJ against Moga. Cotric is going to have a tough test against Oates but I reckon he's got the size to handle it and Rapa might be in for a big day if we can get him one on one with Kahu.

Cheers welsh muuuch appreciated. Im a bit skittish on whitehead but his scores last year were awesome. I was thinking wallace to jbrom in a fortnight if he performs 45+(wallace)

I haven no idea but I think now with Taylor back in the squad it'll be Soli that goes to the centres first instead of Whitehead with Bateman and Taylor sharing the lock role.
