Lot of people looking to trade out Sione and Lamb out, I'll get Lamb out even if he misses a week because it frees up a ton of cash. Sione well he's probably not the reliable back-rower keeper in the centres he was expected to be but he should be a solid enough scorer if he stays there. Bleeding cash though. Getting a genuine dud out like Rennings seems more satisfying to me though

How risky is it to run with 0k in the bank? Looking to go Rennings to Slater which will me leave with zip.

Hmmm....injury apparently. If he get ruled up it makes an upgrade even easier.
Do we think the Brailey to McInnes/Maca trade is urgent? After the weekend unless you want Macca now, looks like it can wait a week or two.

I think luck plays a massive part in running with no money as compared to risk. The only thing running with no money is the need for an extra trade to get the coin.
I'll trade Lamb too if ruled out but I have faith in Sione. If I can move him to the centres this week, I think he'll come good. Had a good 28 the week before and then went off for a HIA then didn't come back so he was on track that round for a 40 odd.

Was feeling quite good having finally traded Pthing out and this Feeney name starts cropping up to haunt me.

Lord Feeney was hilariously bad. Special honour of never having one price rise in 5 games.

Elgey to Pearce
Essentially it's upgrading Sione to Pearce, worth it?

I NEED POINTS NOW!!!
I think he's guaranteed origin this year but that should stop us. I'm also fairly confident he will get above 50 regularly

Sione to Naera
Lamb to C. Walker
This Lamb news has made getting a good second half more important. I also have Gutherson so I can alternate with Cody. I was also thinking of Milford or Hunt instead of getting Cody.

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 24
45k short on my Brailey>McInnes trade so I have a couple of options
1: Yates to CHN, Brailey to McInnes 50k left over. Leaves reserves of McInnes Musgrove Siro and Jacks this week with Whitehead out. Next week Whitehead comes back into the 17. Yates has around 50k left to make and CHN could make that this week with a b/e of -23.
2: Musgrove to CHN, Brailey to McInnes 90k left over. Reserves of McInnes Yates Siro and Jacks. Little short on reserves this week but Whitehead comes in for Yates next week. Musgrove probably has less cash to make based on scores so far but feel like he has more upside than Yates and we are getting ever closer to round 12.
3: Talakai to Scott, Brailey to McInnes 35k left over. Reserves of McInnes Musgrove Siro Jacks but Kelly has to start at centre next to Sione unless Idris comes back. Scott probably gets a run over origin with Smith Slater Cronk and Chambers missing unless Harris is back and playing centre to cover Chambers.
4: Sit tight, let Brailey gain some more ground on McInnes this week and miss out on some much needed points with Brailey Musgrove Siro and Jacks reserve. Still playing one of Kelly or Talakai at centre but banking 2 more trades for the bye rounds.
Thoughts?

Papalii --> CHN
Rennings --> Dufty (He could be the next Ponga and it gets rid of a dud and shores up WFB to focus on CTR next week)
Next week:
Talakai --> cow/NPR
Suli --> Croker

Just a quick opinion off the top of my head..
I'd strike 1 and 2 out.. CHM has a very limited shelf-life.. Might not even make TL tomorrow. Yates and Musgrove are making cash and are decent playing options.
Strike 3 out too.. unless a playing cow other than Scott was the option. He only played 1-2 games last year and copped a broken leg, but despite being fit from like Rd 11 onwards, never came close to selection.
I like 4 tbh.. McInn will probably come down in price. He's not Cam Smith. Brailey should continue to make cash for a couple more weeks and if anything happens to Sege, you'll be kicking yourself for trading Brails out. It's a good trade, but not this week I think.

Reason not to post off the top of my head. I thought McInn was 575k for some reason, is actually 545k, so might not come down in price a whole lot.
I don't see him maintaining a 60+ average though. Doesn't get that boost like Smith with goal and general kicking. Dragons are going pretty well so far, and other than the Tigers this week, they have Manly, Cowboys, Roosters and Storm next in line, so I wouldn't be surprised to see McInn scores come back down to reality over the next month or so.

Is no money a bad idea??? Was thinking of punting Elgey but I guess he still has some cash to make and he's got one good attacking game coming up surely.
Also Whitehead will miss a week for suspension. Great trade right? Anyway got Yates, Elgey or Panthers guy as a reserve option. Should be fun
Any thoughts on keeping Rennings if nothing but for the few extra points over bye week and the DPP? I reckon he's worth holding unless you absolutely need the $ and have no-one else to trade out...

Not really worth it considering how secure his spot is between now and rd 12. You'll have lost points and cash to save a trade for 1-3 rounds, if he's picked. If you have Talakai I'd bank on him being there come bye time
