Well I just traded Lamb out anyway so that's just made the decision easier but. Is it too early to kill off a half spot? Was thinking of Field for the extra $10k but might be worth bringing in someone else that'll make cash like I still can afford Hingo if I wanted too. Foran is probably out for a while Hingo with make more cash

Daily Telegraph early mail;

* The Wests Tigers’ woes have been compounded by a hamstring injury to halfback Luke Brooks;
* Panthers star Bryce Cartwright is a “week to week” proposition as he battles to overcome an ankle injury;
* Bulldogs halfback Moses Mbye will be suspended for one week due to a shoulder charge.
* Titans co-captain Ryan James has pleaded not guilty regarding his shoulder charge, while Agnatius Paasi (shoulder) is also facing a sideline stint;
* The Roosters will welcome back skipper Jake Friend, while Test star Blake Ferguson could also return;
* The Raiders will be without Elliott Whitehead for a week after he took an early guilty plea on a tripping charge and Josh Hodgson is in doubt with a sternum injury.
* The Cowboys will welcome wrecking ball Jason Taumalolo back from suspension, however fullback Lachlan Coote (calf) could be looking at another week on the sideline which would open up the door for young gun Kalyn Ponga to retain the No. 1 jersey;
* Rookie Rabbitohs winger Braidon Burns is due back from suspension
* Key Knights Mitch Barnett and Brock Lamb are in doubt with Anthony Tupou and Jaelen Feeney in line to replace them against the Sharks.

Oh man Feeney.... I'll look for the white towel.,...haha
I have already axed Smat last week, if i grab the cash garb its someone else on the chopping block. Anyone know if Lamb is injured or he is just copping part blame ?

Yes WL, he did. Played right centre with DWZ outside. Waqa Blake played on the left wing.
Whare looked good - glad I held him through some lean weeks.

@Fortitude- by all means he's no Baba but to be treated like the black sheep is a real scape goat from the knights. Are they going to wrap him in wool and release again next form slump ?
Sorry.

I don't know why Lamb wasn't at training today... just spreading the gossip!
I was going to trade him out this week anyway to fund my upgrade... bringing Bodene in this week (at 1% ownership)... before he scores 80+ against the Titans this coming round and everyone joins the bandwagon

If Lamb just has a minor injury I'll probably hold, but if he's getting dropped he's out.

Has it failed? Injury restricted game then covering CTR due to Elliot. Looks like 40pts DPP otherwise
yea I'm all for getting rid of him sometime soon but not as a downgrade to an unreliable cow. Personally I'm getting off the Moga train and throwing SMat into the centres. As long as he's in the forwards I think he's a realiable 35-40 floor type of player and I'm not willing to turf that at this stage. Moga to the Panthers guy will likely be the go, adds 70k to the bank balance which will help with the forward upgrades in the coming weeks. Although I am tempted to upgrade SMat to TTurbo or wait a week on BJ though as it's looking like tackle breaking backs are the way to go this year. Would have considered Dugan for a good 30 point crab run play but origin as well as being after tackle breaking rather than bone breaking is holding me back on that.

I moved SMat to CTR as well..
I'm now running the Aubs /SMat combo for consistency sake

Didn't trade last week, so the rage is strong with this one.
Locking in RJennings to Slater.
And if Ryan James cops a 2 week suspension, he can fuck off for Jarrod Wallace, giving me a better scorer and a boatload of cash.
Going to need a whole lot more though with upgrades to Maloney, Lamb, Brailey and Siro needing to come sooner rather than later.

With regards to JBrom, don't think anyone mentioned that he went off for a HIA in the first half and returned later.
Not sure what the deal with him is. I had a brief look over my team from last year, and JBrom wound up being my 18th man due to a lean patch.
Really surprising that he hasn't put a big score on for quite awhile.
