Yeah I'm forced to play Ponga or cop an AE, such is the state of my WFBs right now.

Actually if GGM can hold his spot until round 8 he could be worth a go

If you started the season with McGuire with the plan to upgrade before origin then i can sort of see your logic. If you traded McGuire in just a couple of rounds ago and now want to trade him out then thats another trade down the drain!

From memory, he played the majority of last year without Brooks. He had a good run late last season... I was tempted to start with him this year because of that. After his low score this year he might be a good budget half... capable of 70 or 20Honey Badger wrote:Does anyone know what Moses averages with brooks out?

Didn't you trade McGuire in round 2?
Yes I did & since then the mug hasn't even scored over 50. My original plan was to get Hess (however I got McGuire anyway) & upgrade to Taumalolo when he returned. So since I got McGuire I'm now upgrading him.

Its ok mate, fantasy is odd. I've got this weird feeling Slater is infact the real trap of the week and yet I can't stop considering him. It's deja vu this season i tell ya.Liverpool_Bulldog wrote:Haha ive snapped out of it now.

I won't lie, these last few comments warrant a HIA. GGM? Really!? 38 Scoring a try without a lot of other stats to go off?Liverpool_Bulldog wrote:

Hi all!
Second year doing fantasy, first year doing it properly (utilizing BE's and doing research). This forum has been invaluable so thanks to all!
Just finished doing my two trades for this week:
SMAT > Slater
Stone > CHN
Bank: 189k, 28 trades left
My team:
Smith, Brailey (R)
Kaufusi, Graham, Matagi (S), Musgrove (R)
McGuire, JDB, Surgess, FWinterstein (R), Yates (R), CHN (S)
Norman, Elgey, Cartwright (S), Hampton (S)
Cotric, Suli, Kelly (S), Talakai (S)
Uate, Slater, RTS, Abbe (S), Ponga (S)
Im looking to upgrade Brailey in the coming weeks and the forwards too. Not too concerned about the centres at this stage. Taking a risk with ponga and CHN. Am I heading the right direction?

What back 5 are players looking to achieve come seasons end. So many to go at at present, don't really know where to start. Don't have any of the big names, tedesco, Dugan, c walker, croker at present, but with byes/prices at the minute who's everyone prioritizing first.
