Really? Thought Brown was just messing with Fantasy players. Feel like I should reserve him over Brailey today but who knows.

It was unfortunate both Yates and Barnett had to go off due to concussion/injury
I'm expecting Barnett to bounce back today... and Yates to get his 30-ish points

im fairly certain vaughan got awarded one last week even though the player got moved back into the field of play.

i will never like this stat, too many points for something too subjective.

    On Frawley:

He also kicked for a match-high 463 metres ,the next best Bulldog was Josh Morris with 51

Hope he gets more of a crack

So who scores more, CHN, Brailey or Yates, still contemplating who to reserve.

Simpkins is buy of the week on foxsports SuperCoach thing.

Playing at hooker until Peats returns then to lock for Paasi where he played the last pre season game before injury struck.

Seems like he was meant to start the season there.

    Just personal opinion??

No way. Peats is too injury prone to make for a reliable NSW No.9 right now and he doesn't have enough 'experience' to satisfy Daley. It'll be Farah most likely or Peter Wallace. The latter is my personal pick.

Plenty of back row options at Titans though, be wary

I'd agree that Daley will sway probably to Farah, but like you say who knows what Daley is thinking, peats probably has as much chance as any. Wallace is playing well for Panthers and Farah, having picked up injury and lacking consistency could be on the outer.

That can't be right as there were a few instances last year when TS were awarded for tackles in the field of play. (very close to the try line though)

Surely there must be some kind of 'but for' test for TS ie: a try would have been scored but for the tackle. That by definition would make it somewhat subjective, but would also indicate it could happen both in the field of play or in-goal

Every tackle stops a try. For mine it needs to be a last ditch effort, holding someone up over the line or stopping an absolute certainty

It's a terrible stat. They need to redefine it to "held up in goal". If Cam Smith misses a one on one tackle behind the ruck in the middle of the field they probably score. But he doesn't get try saves for the 10 of those he makes a game
