Crikey! IMO Bird is not worth over a Mill a season.

Why the hell do we want him? Even under 100mil. If we got him for 500k maybe. Even that is overs imo. He runs the ball alright but I havent seen him be that impressive.

Bird's got the personality of a Hodges, just needs to walk out on the Sharks now and he'd fit right in at the Broncs.

Lol my bad there.. Still I dont see any reason to pick him up for anything more than say $300k and whatever TPA we can get him to boost it to $500k. If the guy thinks he is worth more than that, then he can play elsewhere.

Yep, I've said before on here, I'm happy for Bird to leave if it means the Sharks avoid wasting that much money on him. He's an okay centre but is not a playmaker.

I was one of the first 1 or 2 who mentioned Brown this week but didnt end up doing it. U weigh up a few risks and choose one, i could easily have brought him in this week. Ended up bringing Cook in also, and CHN.
Thinking cash out Yates and Kelly this week, either for a keeper centre or one of the few coming up in the forwards ie - BT or Whitehead. Or one other Pod type i am keen to bring in.....

Right up in the mix this year but have traded heavily.
