all the people jumping on Crichton this week. Have you looked at the other forwards minutes for Souths ?

    Gurgess - 18
    Turgess - 28
    Clark - 30
    Musgrove - 30

If all 4 get 40 minutes this week that is 54 minutes to come from somewhere. Assuming Surgess and Sutton keep their minutes, the 54 minutes have to come from Turner (50 minutes) and Crichton (80 minutes)

Just some food for thought !!

Of the 21 named on TLT - 4 have (including Tualau) been named to play in the ISP Cup on Saturday.

    1. Josh Bergamin, 2. Tom Carr, 3. Jerry Leasi, 4. Tyrone Phillips, 5. Reimis Smith, 6. Josh Cleeland, 7.Craig Garvey, 8. Andy Saunders, 9. Zac Woolford, 10. Francis Tualau, 11. Asipeli Fine, 12. Rhyse Martin, 13. Renouf To’Omaga,, 14. Bronson Garlick, 15. Ray Moujalli, 16. Darcy Maroske, 17. Rod Griffin.

Suggests Frawley is definitely in the 17. I guess we'll have to wait to see if he starts..

What does the front row rotation have to do with the back rowers?

    That's a fair point.

Average mins before last week (difference last week in brackets)

    Gurgess - 30 (-12)
    Turgess - 39 (-11)
    Clark - 43 (-13)
    Musgrove - 45 (-15)

    Turner - 60 (-10)
    Crichton - 51 (+29)

Has anything changed structurally? Hmmm I was all set to bring him in this week too!

According to Milch's stats - he played the first 11 games on the Wing last season for an average of 32.

No games at Fullback according to the spreadsheet..

One of those games Gordon got injured and Guth moved to fullback. That was the game he scored 80+ in.

Hard choice for last reserve this week
    CHN on the bench
    Jacks with Munster lurking
    Hampton in an unfamiliar role
Next week I'll have a gun to step in to the 17 but in the mean time it's difficult to pick and I'm sure I will pick wrong

Walker or tedesco? Can't go wrong with either. Leaning towards walker for the byes, but feel teddy will score better anyway.

    Tedesco should play origin.
    Walker probably won't.

Whilst I'm not knocking on what is already an awesome product, and I have no ability to follow thru with this suggestion, but the start of the week is always full of posts like: I'm leaning towards bringing XX in and trading YY out, or AA in for BB. Often these go without response due to lengthy explanations needed.

For those web gurus out there, Is there a way we can replicate the thumbs up/down vote on each post  for an a) or b) vote and not link it to the reputation? Of course people asking would have to offer two solutions to get advice on, but this could also reinforce the "go with your gut" theory.

This could offer people heaps more feedback on proposed solutions without the need for detailed replies. The more experienced and educated could continue to post detailed responses, but allow for short, snappy surveying of collective thoughts.

Anyways, just a thought and not sure if its viable technologically.

I'll close this by reinforcing the initial point - awesome site, good people, good conversation. For a newbie at this fantasy stuff (second year syndrome) - its a wealth of info.

I wouldn't go with XX if I were you, but trading in AA is a good move

It's also tricky bringing in too many Souths players for round 12 because they have a bye in round 13. I probably go Walker for the byes but as you say Tedesco is a beast & the team will be full on confidence.

Tedesco only misses 1 extra game, I'd back him to score more than Walker from now until R19

But Walker offers cover in the tough bye rounds where good points can skyrocket your ranking

Im losing faith in lamb, but its nice to read people still value him. I will still probably hold him for now but will play jacks over him if munster drops out.

You could hold him for a week no probs. But his break even is 40, we thought he would get 40 but he's averaging 35, either way he's not making money. If he's not in your 17 he's not getting you points either. Isn't that the definition of a stinky midranger? He's a trade for mine, urgency up to you
