I'm sticking with him mate. Hasn't and may never but waiting for an injury free run of games where he plays 80 on the edgePookus McFly wrote:Any Smat Owners want to talk some Smat?
Is he really the keeper we envisioned? His three games at second row for 80 mins give him an average of 38.6. Also very prone to the old mid-game centre-switch which classically killed Aubs in the past. The switch to BJ is only going to get more expensive with time.

You criticized someone for posting about things other than fantasy footy and still you post things not talking about fantasy footy.

He has shown some promise of busting out a big game. He is in my Centres so I'm happy (but certainly not elated) for his mid 30's. I don't trust BJ quite yet. Can you fuck Kelly off or the like for him instead or don't want to spend the extra coin?

You confident in Turner keeping that role though?
Yep. He is much more effective in the middle. Lateral movement isn't good enough for the edge. Misses too many tackles there and Crichton is more solid.

I'd like to talk some Smat too. I have him, DWalker and Idris. Thinking of dropping one of Walker or Smat in the next week or so, as Idris seems able to score similarly for half the price. It's not something I'm going to rush into and need a bigger sample size for Idris's scores, but I'm not overly impressed with either Walker or Smat. Unsure who of the 2 it is better to keep.Pookus McFly wrote:Any Smat Owners want to talk some Smat?

I am inclined to hold him for now also, at least his floor is fairly high when he stays fit. I have a weird rotation of Smat, Latrell and Idris all equally pushing for the two centre spots available (which I hate, due to inevitably always choosing wrong), when the one player I would play for sure is BJ, whom i don't have. Maybe i just bite the bullet and sell Latrell for BJ. Only costs 30k and a broken heart.

Yeah I am in the same situation with Idris suddenly becoming a viable starting centre giving me too many options. Like you, I will "race" Smat and Latrell over the next few weeks (though not this week for Latrell!). Are you going to ignore BJ? How can you ignore BJ!

Kelly to BJ takes a lot of money. 140k is a big upgrade for a centre, and it would give me Latrell, BJ, Smat and Idris. WHO THE FUCK WOULD I PLAY???!!!!

Watch everyone smash Idris to bits after his 46 and everyone expecting the same going forward week in week out
I'm backing the fat load to be right up there end of season but i know he is capable of a stinker from being more lazy than usual on any given week

I'm still not sure why everyone is trading out/ worrying about ET after a score in the 30s.
