I reckon I managed 1 or 2 more guns off the bat in VSDT over Fantasy.

If Burgess takes the early guilty plea he will accrue 210 points and miss the following two matches.
If he fights the charge and loses he will accrue 280 points and miss the following two matches.
If he fights the charge and wins he will be free to play against the Broncos next week.
Sam Burgess will surely fight that charge.

Talking about George... I'm tempted to pick him up in the next couple rounds. I've just got this gut feeling

You proved the point I was trying to make Milch, you need to gamble in this game and to a lot they simply see what last weeks scores are and bring them in.
Most competent players aren't probably going to make all these gambles every week, but to a casual what have they got to lose.
So I mean what I said about the trend/game changing and while I can't back it up with multiple stats, I can only trust myinstinct or the general vibe of this change.
I didn't trade in Abbey or Hess for logical reasons that perhaps you and others may think too.
Problem is if they are fanhub favourites who score well off a single run with high ownership, you are playing catchup with your POD instead.
You only have to jump in a Facebook group to see all these high ranked new experts.
Probably only need to go back through my top 10 Trades thread to see how they have been rewarded.
Though I take nothing away from everyone who is going well this year, full credit to adapting earlier and having the balls to make the jump on these players first.
So you either adapt and play on or give up.. I am not the quitting type

Will be 235k ish after Lockout lifts. I think I'll leave him till Round 12 depending on BE and if a rookie pops up from Rabbits/Eels etc then.

Hovering around the 1200 mark, can't win it this year but will give it a shake over the middle rounds haha. You look to be in with a shout still

Anyway Booze, I should just copy your trades.
Started with 19/25 players the same this year, but you are still up there in rankings and I'm slipping away.

Always laugh when i see people talking about 'fanhub favorites' like it's an actual things that exists - ironically enough, the scores are the one thing about NRL Fantasy that Fanhub have no control over.
They provide the platform, the rules and the mechanics for the game - The scores are collected and converted from stats logged by Champion Data, a completely seperate entity, who have no affiliation with Fanhub other than also being contracted by the NRL, which collect their stats for use by coaches and analysts, making the chances that they would doctor stats for the sake of a game they are most likely ineligible to win prizes from anyway highly unlikely.

Have fallen behind to around 470th but I think most people have had the majority of their team play already.
