I'm playing cautious with Munster as well. I'm not totally convinced he'll be a gun in the halves yet.
If he stays playing well I'll pay a bit extra for him and bring him in for Cotric after Round 12. It'll cost me, but better than wasting a trade on someone who's not as good as I'd hoped.

Ditto, he is on Round 13's agenda. Cotric looks like a good way to get him in too as you say.

Make your trades to bolster your bye stocks. McGuire to Graham trade the week after and then you're golden. If anyone pops up in the outside backs you can trade Ponga to them as well and bank the cash, possibly being able to dump Lamb for Cody Walker or something.

Hahaha, nice going on your position! Thanks for the suggestions. Lamb's definitely on the chopping block soon.

Play Suli or Cotric this week?

Or both and drop one of Hayne/Slater?

    Currently Suli has the gig.

I'm going Cotric over Suli.  Maybe Suli does have the advantage if he stays at centre though, especially against Souths.

if elliot does start, does the 4 man forward bench impact his minutes? frawley was in the 17 for a few weeks so this wasnt an issue.

    Damn, another solid point here.

I think though even though it probably doesn't mean much if Des starts Elliot after a shorter turnaround (even though he was on the bench on the weekend) it could mean good things for Elliot.

Ponga was never going to stay when the others are fit.  And not just because he signed with the knights.  Our team is just so much better with Coote at fullback.  Green would never play Coote at 5/8. He prefers bigger bodies or at least good tacklers, hence playing Kostjasyn or Asiata instead of a real half. And the bigger wingers for coming out of our end. Imo

Garvey has been named every single week and dropped off every week.

Wouldn't surprise me if both Greeny and Dessie are sitting up right now looking at this forum laughing their heads off at the mindfucking they are doing right now.

Unless it changes in final lists, I think Hess may go back to the 50 minutes we thought he'd get at the start of the year on the edge pushing Lowe into the prop rotation

First cut or second? Interesting with Frawley starting now.

    Tyrell Fuimaono in NSW Cup

Good scoring for 0 tries, although if he's a 20 minute bench forward he obviously won't be pumping out 50+

Lowe is better in teh second row and could be a great POD at his price if he gets the 80 spot back. He never should have lost it though, although Green did say it was because he was coming back from injury, but I just think Green got swept up in the Hess Express hype himself.

Can't see Hess worth holding from the bench.

We have seen Hess start in the front row, and perhaps even tomorrow the same thing could happen, Hess could become the starting prop all year with Asiata going back to the bench.  I think Green has realised he's not an 80 minute player and could infact be more productive in stints.  Saying that, if come 6:00pm tomorrow night he's still on the bench, he's gone for Brown for me.

Im pretty sure that despite teamlists, Hess has never actually played any prop at all. He has always been parked on the right edge.
