Is it worth picking up Nu Brown for an extra player/cash grab? Hampton would be the player making way

When's the best time to look at bringing Fifita in? Rd 14 (before any price rises, but likely missing 3 of the following 6 games) or Rd 20?

Isn't Aubussons BE in the 50s? That's another reason I'm going to sell before he loses all his value

Just confirming the captain loophole, if i put the C on slater and V on surgess for example, will i have the option to reassign the C to any of the remaining players?

I think so, gets you a little play money, eliminates a potential AE and at least 60 bonus points for 2 bye games.  All you are missing is one of those viewmasters...

Only misses two from that point if he backs up. Back round 19 i believe not 20. So could get rd 14 before rises or otherwise rd 19

No mate,

VC on Surgess and C on another player you would want as captain, say Gal or Mannering that play later than Surgess.  If Surgess goes for 80, swap your playing captain to the bench for a non playing player and you will get your captains points as an AE and double points for Surgess.  As long as you have no other player on the bench playing. Both VC and C are locked out as normal.

Solid trade, althought will come in handy for 15.

you cant reassign the C once the round starts so you better choose someone that actually plays. you can benefit from the VC if he goes boom by switching your C player to the bench who scores as an AE

His price only matters if you sell him.....
If he plays a couple bye games at centre and the rest of the season in 2rf then I don't see an issue

im selling him next week so for me round 20. break evens 37 hes already 553k averaging 58. im hoping hes not 600k by round 20

So really, the loophole only works if you have 17 or less active player for that round. Any more and the AE goes to the lowest regardless if the captain is on the bench?

There's an injury report update on the eels webpage for round 12 and N. Brown isn't on there. Could that be a promising hint that he's right to go this weekend or it just means nothing? Lmao

lol now I'm paranoid about selling Fifita. If he's going to be around 600k I'm leaning towards keeping.
