OK cool, thanks for the heads up. And Fennel's spot, is that dependent on the Hodkinson injury?

Hodko has been playing reserve grade for quite a few weeks now, so it seems the coach maybe going to give Feeny the spot long term.

Yeah, I feel you. But that being said Im treating it as a great opportunity to bring is 2 season keepers (was never convinced either of these two were going to be).

Im thinking Vaughn could be a good option for Wallace and for Slater, Teddy or Rapana. Both can wait till Origin 2 squads announced though!

Fluke from OZ (not sure who he is) that is on Radio Sport in NZ all the time as their NRL corespondent talking like Slater is a done deal. Wallace likely too. Although talk of Hess and one or two other options in the QLD forwards as well (didn't quite catch the whole segment). I took from that Wallace is not a certainty though.

It's a kick as a Slater owner to lose him, but for QLD, he needs to be there.

Hearing Kev talk on 360 last night, even though he's useless and doesn't say anything worthwhile cause he has no clue, the way he was talking was that he wasn't overly impressed with Wallace, just got that vibe from what he was saying.

    Is there another/better option?

Feeney plays 19 aswell as 18 where most teams will be short on players

His 11 points certainly could come in handy.

You guys will all trade Feeney in as a cash out, and Hodkinson will get recalled for round 18 and 19.

Is it worth sacrificing Elliot so I can bring in Cleary? Don't want to get priced out of getting him before round 18 and it also gives me cash to turn Slater into Munster next week and Graham into Fifita or Taupau.

I agree re Wallace. On nrl 360 last night Walters didn't seem that impressed with Wallace and the focus of the conversation shifted to how good Hess was.

wowzers! that's an amazing team!!! Shocked

I'm gonna use the 3 trade option next week to bring Fifita back in for elliott otherwise I wont be able to afford him.
mine team for this week is.

    C. Smith
    J. Paulo, J. Graham
    J. Taumalolo, P. Gallen, S. Burgess, A. Crichton, A. Elliott
    A. Reynolds, S. Johnson, C. Walker
    J. Leilua, N. Cotric,
    J. Rapana, J. Tedesco, R. Tuivasa Sheck

Don't know who to choose out of my final reserve, Lolohea, Hayne, Radradra or Fuimaonao but thinking Radradra.

That's a nice looking team! I'm contemplating bringing in Smith for Frawley in a few weeks but I'm kinda happy with my side.

I reckon Radradra is the way to go looks like he's hit a bit of form back. In saying that I said SJ was a great captaincey choice last week Embarassed

JWal's last game he missed 5 tackles and conceded 2 penalties. For a game with a golden chance to stake his claim for QLD he sure had a dud of a game.

Put my team up for perusal, why not.

Frawley to Laybutt because I'm backing him to get a spot next week.
Whitehead to Lolo so I don't deal with another big price rise
11 trades left. 60k in the bank

    Smith, McInnes
    Wallace, Graham, Leota, Sele
Gallen, Mannering, ET, Crichton, Surgess, Lolo
    SJ, ARey, Nu Brown, Laybutt
    Cotric, Sione, Manu, Fuimaono
    Guth, RTS, Slater, Edwards, Burns

If ARey is out which he undoubtedly will be, I guess I'll have to shift Guth to the HLF's and bring in a nuffie DPP which ain't ideal but oh well I picked Mr Glass so that's what I get.

    Smith Smith
    Wallace Brown Vaughan Gurgess
Surgess Gallen JDB Crichton Elliot Fui
    Munster AReynolds Norman Feeny
    Smat Moga Hayne Kelly
    RTS Teddy Mansour Suli Rennings

Plan on cashing out Suli and upgrading RTS to Johnson
Cash out Gurgess after byes and get Fifita cash out Elliot and upgrade Hayne to Rapana. Going for explosive reserves in final 17 by playing extra halve and fullback over the forwards
