Need to raise funds this round to bring in Taupau.

Will need to be Cotric or Moga or whitehead if someone can mount a strong enough case.

Currently running Croker in other CT spot. So who ever stay will remain until TTurbo is confirmed

Going Wallace > Taupau and Yates > Gurgess - Graham lives (for now).

Question is, do i make Graham my last reserve, or do i play Gurgess (or Suli, or Moses)?

    Squad after trades will be:

    Friend, Hampton
    Taupau, McGuire, Graham, Gurgess
Gallen, Taumalolo, Surgess, Mannering, Crichton, Merrin
    Munster, Walker, Moses, Brown
    SMat, Cotric, Suli, Fui
    Slater, RTS, Semi, Abbey, TRD

I have a similar problem and I don't know what to do. I either choose to play Cotric instead of Graham, or potentially get an AE of Hampton, Suli or Yates. Hopefully there is news about Graham before Saturday so I know what I should do.
The Monday game makes it really difficult.

Sorry, I'm no help at all. Maybe wait and see, and hope that by Friday no news means good news?

Something from previous thread about whether smart or dumb to bring Fifita in this round.

For me, the planned trade was always JWH to Fifita after round 18, but at the moment JWH plays four rounds before then and Fifita plays three. Conservative estimates 4x40 = 160 and 3x60 = 180. But even without that points bump, looking at the BEs there could be a considerable difference on the current $180k gap that could make the Round 18 trade difficult and force other compromises down the road, so think best move is to get set-and-forget prime prop in now.

Other option is getting eg. JWH to James for 4x50 and bigger short term scoring than Fifita, but then with trades decreasing I don't have Fifita in rounds 19-26 and the 20 points and $70k aren't worth it.

Apparently we are chasing Ryan Sutton from Wigan Doesn't sound like its one of the mid year signings we are supposedly chasing so more something for next year i guess.

James scoring 50s in base, i'd back him to up that average from now until end of season

I saw something on reddit yesterday about the different jerseys teams wear.

After just 13 rounds, we have seen 73 different jerseys in first grade NRL this year. Its so ridiculous. Besides collectors, how many people bother trying to keep up-to-date with their teams current jerseys when even the main jersey might only get worn 10 times in its career.

I normally wear my 2004 Tigers jersey (mainly orange) to games, but do have a later version (black version from 2008 I think) that gets a run sometimes.

    True mate.

I have worn my recently purchased Lions jersey about 20 times since I got it a few weeks back

James is a decent buy if you either a) can't afford the extra coin for Fifita or b) are sure you can get Fifita in for someone else after round 18, but from my perspective the question is which one will score more between now and end of season? And everything points to that being Fifita.

Agree with your view mate, I can probably fit Fifita in by upgrading NBrown down the line or go with 1 hooker and turn Macca into Fifita if Niko hangs around on the bench

So what's the situation exactly with James Graham?

    I heard he needed surgery.

I don't fancy dropping a McGuire or Wallace just due to origin if in a couple weeks time we find out Graham is gone for the season

It's pretty mental. I have three Knights jerseys. A '01 one that I don't (and couldn't) wear. A 15 away jersey that I got for $25 and a 2014 one that my ex bought me that gets a run because it's blue.

What's more annoying is the Blues jerseys change their fucking colour. My old jersey is a lighter blue where the new blue is bright AF - plus it looks good. Which annoys me more.

Dean Ritchie just said on nrl360 that tom turbo WILL definitely play this weekend.

They also said the "sneaky tip" on thurston is that he will play.

Who would you Rather for the run in. Ryan James or Vaughan? I'm leaning towards Vaughan only because dragons will be fired up pushing for a top 4
