Just interested to know what combination of 4 reserves people are going to be running with in their team? I have the option of bringing in Cleary and having McInnes and 2RFs as the others but I'm wondering if running with SJ and Munster is ok for the rest of the season? I might just go for broke in the 2RFs and have McInnes and 3 2RFs as my reserves. Opinions please people

To me all these cases & you've seen it in the nfl is all about money. These guys know they're playing a high risk physical impact sport but every week they lace up their boots & with full knowledge of the risks decide themselves to play. To turn around after their career & moan like a bitch & claim it's the ruling bodies fault is a farce when it's their own fault. But hey I forgot we live in an age where no one is accountable for their own actions & it's always someone elses fault.

Nothing wrong with Munster a in halves. I'm running with SJ clearly in halves with Munster at FB then have 3 2rf and 1 hok as reserves.

Ever since I've had Cook & now Brandon Smith my 4 reserves have been 1 frf & 3 2fr's. This combination has been scoring me good points but 1 of my 2fr's is Elliot & the last couple of weeks his scoring has been down a bit.

And on the topic of trades left from round 20, I'll have 3 or possibly 2 if I piss off JDB. I'm prepared to take that risk with merrin and hayne as 18th and 19th man. No point playing conservative when 300 points off the leader.

i like the 3 2rf's and McInnes, clearys 3 game average looks good at 52 but the panthers have avgd more than 30 points in the last 4 games i reckon theres more bang for your buck in the 2rf.
im personally going with 3 2rf's and a frf

I do not disagree with you White Lightning but this may force changes, liked or not, because of the financial ramifications to clubs if it is upheld.

I agree with your playing conservative comment. A few teams will only have 14-16 players so this round has the potential for people to catch up a bit so I'm getting rid of of JDB & C. Walker to get 17 players. I think it's possible to gain anything from 50-100 points on those teams who have an overload of Souths & Eels players & the red dots.

Going forward, cant something be setup so that sports stars accept this once entering into careers and contracts within there given sport.. ? Surely.

Merrin called into Blues extended squad, therefore must be close to a full recall for origin 3 pending injuries

Buhrer is an out & out gun when fit but the poor bloke is injury prone.

Thats a good question Revraiser but I do not know of a sport like NRL which has this embedded into the contracts of players. As a fantasy tragic
I am interested in how the game will evolve because HIA is already having an effect on how we pick our teams. Gone are the days of picking
tackling machine forwards without now worrying will they survive the match i.e Graham, Taylor or Fensom in his Canberra years.

Its interesting as not more than a couple of years ago, sione would never have left the field nor missed a match for his head knocks this year.
