Definitely Smith for you bro, other than that you're fine basically. The only thing I'd want would be some DPP coverage for your FRF/2RF. That may be able to happen with a ET trade if the fantasy Gods allow you that leisure. Still plenty of coin up your sleeve as well. You're in a good position mate, keep dooing what you're doing.

I think I'll prioritise bringing in Teddy and Smith this week. That leaves me with 3 trades for the run in. I'm happy with that number, 2 would have me worried.

With ETs price trending downwards would it be crazy to move SMat up to the 2nd row to get Teddy in??
SMat could still make 20k or so??

Just because the stigma around SMat is that he's really only worthwhile in the centres, doesn't mean he can't be in the second row, especially if you're not gonna play him.  Your second row is stacked so it doesn't matter where he is, especially if it means moving Turbo in there.  I think ET to Teddy via him and Turbo is a solid trade.

Have a close look and think of Brown too.  Not sure what ET's price is, but Brown at 447K is a juicy price.  He's quick becoming like a mini Mannering or something.  Gives you the DPP between the forwards too.  Could probably do it next week though if Teddy and Smith are the priorities.

Seems like were on the same page in regards to Brown buddy. That trade is earmarked for next week, however it's more likely someone gets injured haha.

Cheers for the advice. Top stuff

I know probably no one has him anymore (and apologies if I've been asleep over the last week and missed some news) - but what's happened to Suli? I've got him in a draft comp...is he coming back or has he gone into the Bermuda Triangle?

1 trade remaining, SJ gone down. In the halves i have DCE and Watson i can use. 109k itb.
Two options i see - keep the trade for now, trade SJ to Pearce ?

    Cheers lads.

I just read a rumour that Sam Burgess could potentially be out. Absolutely no substance to it as this point in time. I am asking purely to see if someone can confirm/deny it or if anyone knows where the rumour started? At this point in time I do not believe it to be true.

There was the rumour that Adam Reynolds was out for 4 weeks that ended up being rubbish (since he was named for TLT) which is why I am hesitant to believe this rumour.

Watson may be a bit of a dark horse at fullback for the chooks, he looks good. Maybe leave the trade for this week to see how he goes. If he bombs out you can bring Pearce in next week.

This strategy also allows you to see how Pearce performs without Friend.

RTS or Lolohea for last reserve?

Lolohea at the moment for me - he has surpassed expectations. If only I had the trades remaining to cash in on him

I have also seen the same rumour, but after much research I was unable to find even a snippet more evidence. Seems like it's probably fake news? But I don't own him, so whatever Razz

Also, Maubs owners should make sure they keep an eye on the final Roosters team lists. He has a baby due within the next week and will miss the game if the birth timing requires it.

Final team lists for the game last week said he'd been replaced due to an injury (ankle I think?), though he isn't listed in the casualty ward. Tigers supporters may know more about how long he expected to be out.

I agree, give Watson a go as he has consistently overachieved in the past. Keep that last trade for dark days ahead.

If I had the trades I'd seriously consider bringing Watson in, think he will get a heap of TBs playing fullback
