I am only a little bit infuriated by the Youi ads right in the middle of my team on the field view. If they are taking money from advertisers to obstruct the view of my team, combined with all the people paying for the Coach system, then why are the prizes things that seem like they could just give out without any expense since its affliated with the NRL? And they say they will only do DPP updates every six rounds which sounds like they are either short staffed or can't be bothered.

    WHAT ARE THEIR OVERHEADS???!!!

Leilua and Whare? Rest of the team seems pretty good bar maybe Latu. I'm one of the sceptics that can't see him improving

Thanks Alfie. How about Evans in for Latu, Issako in for Whare and Butcher for leilua? Butcher bound to get a run with Cordner's wonky knee.

I would also consider Christian Welch for Latu/Evans in that price range, unless Evans gets a starting spot

Ok, I'm back fockers. Not sure how active I'll be, still a fairly fresh face in the office so its hard to mess about on here all day and chances are I'll be travelling through Europe for almost the entirety of the season this year.

Won't stop me giving Welshy, Random, Milchy, SI et al the touch up they deserve. Hopefully I'll remember to sign up to the leagues in the next day or two.

I see Reece Robinson has been added at base price.
    1) Is he going to play/kick for the Roosters?

    2) What was he like at fantasy when he was last around?

Is it possible to change what team you support. I chose the Titans thinking I would increase my chances of winning an NRL voucher in Tipping but it turns out each club has specific rewards and the Titans is a jersey and a membership

    2) - From memory the only time he was any value was a small period where he caught fire at FB for the Raiders and scored 2 or 3 a week or something. Otherwise he seemed to spend the majority of the time disinterested at best or actively avoiding the ball at worst Neutral

Hate the layout of the new site. Feels very clunky. Plenty of value in cheap backs and not so much up front. My cookie cutter team:
    Smith
    Latu Gurgess
    Brown Harris Murray
    DCE Watson
    Gray Hunt
    Teddy Hiku Fonua

    Lichaa, Cartwright, Arrow, Lodge

    Milne, Hastings/Croker, Havili, Whare
    200k left to play with

Latu left the panthers for a starting role at the titans. The Titans main props from last year are either suspended for the 1st couple of rounds or have been moved to an edge.

Not a bad option if you ask me!

Toughest position for me at the moment to decide upon is the halves, all the premium options I'm currently bypassing to get some value elsewhere

I've no problem running Croker if he gets the starting gig, its his other half which I'm tossing and turning over

Cronk should pick up a few extra points, whether he can elevate to 45+ is the question, JReynolds is a decent bet to go to 40+ but he has a low floor
Croft i'd love but the rotation talk is putting me off, CWalker I love also

    Mbye is interesting me

The thing that has put me off hiku is how many attacking opportunities will he get at the warriors, has he got his pac e back after his knee op and is he a tackle bust type player that most ctrs rely on to get good fantasy points

At close to base price it's a gamble worth taking. If I didn't think Teddy would score 10 tries this year I would go all cheapies in the back 5. Prop leaves a lot to be desired so no idea what I go with that

I think the Warriors are seriously underrated this year. There is no way they'll get the spoon in my opinion. With Green and Harris there attack can only improve and their defense should also get better without the two lemonade sandwiches, Hoffmann and Lilyman. I was one of few that thought Bodene Thompson was absolute trash and offered nothing but statistics. Bunty Afoa looks a future Kiwi rep with his line running as well

Also: I'm a massive fan of James Gavet. Explosive running at its finest.
