Even when he signed, he looked so disinterested in the photos.
Its crazy to think his manager could have spun the web well enough to get the dogs to sign him.. and I assume Suli talked the talk during meetings? Or did they hand him a contract aight unseen?

I kind of think there will be more than enough trades for the season. I'm planning on using about ten trades for upgrading mid-range moneymakers and borderline guns to keepers and about twelve trades for hopefully making lots of cash off the nuffies. If all goes to plan(which it won't of coarse) I should have a close to full strength team by about round 15. That leaves me with 12 trades to get in a couple of better guns after round 17 and cover injuries for the rest of the season.
Yeah okay mate....
Just jibbin'

If Inglis is fit, I'd like to go him. Hard to make a call on him right now, although I am tempted.

I've changed my team so much, it's making me sick.
Time to get serious and start making decisions.....

Re: 2018 NRL.com Fantasy Thread Part 7
Just heard on the sc podcast that ethan lowe took all the conversions in both trials. Anyone able to verify this?
If true, do people think this will continue in the season? You'd think as JT barely played last season giving Lowe all the conversions just as practice doesnt seem quite right..
If there's confirmation of him kicking in 2018 he'd be a strong chance od sneaking in to my team for Nathan Brown. I'm worried about the Eels having 4 forwards on the bench, especially Moeroa who realistically can only be there to spell Brown?

If you make the max number of trades you will be at full strength round 16 whether you like it or not. So you are definitely right!

JT didn't play in the first trial, i don't think?
As it wasa testimonial, maybe they didn't want JT kicking because "It didn't matter" so to speak. I'd guess he would still be the #1 kicker, unless he is injured/doesn't want to do it anymore, which I doubt.

Yeah JT didn't play the first trial. I don't see Lowe being the primary kicker, he's had some shockers.

Yeah, JT played in the first one, although you wouldn't have known it. Lowe kicked in that game.

Re: 2018 NRL.com Fantasy Thread Part 7
JT was asked in the testimonial pre game whether he and morgan would 'share' the team and whether he'd take a bit more of a back seat and JT said "no its my last season and its my team, i'll be running it'. He said it with a laugh but you could tell he was dead serious. I can't imagine him giving anything up willingly this year ie goal kicking.

I remember that Gavin Cooper took the last shot at goal against Storm and hit the post. I think that Kyle Feldt also took a shot.
All last week I was thinking of using Ethan Lowe, but one thing I noticed in the last trial was Coen Hess coming on off the bench and using Lowe's spot on the right edge. That could happen during comp games so it turned me off Lowe.............
