Not one to so this often but of these 3 options which one do you like ?
1) Leilua/Hiku
2) Mitchell/Kennar
3) Aubo/Kennar

Re: 2018 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 8
Impossible to do my team before DPPs are handed out.
So much mid and base value in the forwards and so little in the backs that probably going to go back guns and value forwards.
Current back 5 is Latrell/Aubs/Ted/CWalker/RTS... though will want to bring Munster in if he snags DPP.

https://www.stuff.co.nz/sport/league/102037965/south-sydney-coach-anthony-seibold-puts-robbie-farah-on-bench-v-nz-warriors
"We've made a decision about this weekend and we think this weekend against the Warriors it's best for us to have an 80-minute hooker."
Seibold said he wanted more flexibility on his bench instead of a second hooker, and that he would review his game plan after their opener against a powerful Warriors side.
Have Wigan flown in to Perth?

Re: 2018 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 8
FYI Pita Godinet didn't play last year
In 2016 he played 2 games at five-eighth, for scores of 45 and 37
Way back in 2013 he played 10 games as a bench utility, for an average score of 18 points in 30 minutes (that was pre-Fanhub, I think scoring was the same except for kick defusals and try saves)

Is the 2nd player in the top 17 or just cover?
I went Hiku because he is playing centre so should get 20 points in base stats, wingers need to be tackle breakers to make my team and i dont think Kennar is

Strong 13 but no Smith and still have to run 3 of Havili/Kikau/Mckendry/Hiku/Fualalo in your 17
If you include Katoa then thats 4 cheapies in starting lineup.
See what you mean about middle though, plenty of potential cash if it all fires

I do not like Kennar as starting centre. His average playing on the wing is 21 points (from 7 games) that is not really enough to score for your team or make money.
That said, Kennar and Isaako are the only base price centres named in round 1, so you might have to take a punt on one of them. Ideally not as a starter though

My team is in my thread so probably easier seeing it there. But that would be my ctr combo with both playing.
Have looked at a better centre but have squeezed Tedesco back in so thats where I am paying for him
Currently going with Leilua/Hiku but you have both answered my doubts

Ive wound up with the same. Its definitely a worry but i think ill have to pick and stick. I don't want to spend money on the position but I cant go with kennar or isaako as a starting player.

Nelson Asofa-Solomona started at prop 8 times last year for an average of 31.
His BE is 33.

somehow I have ended up with Hayne in my centres.
Maybe I should find the extra cash for Leilua

Fualalo Kikau Katao in my 17. I like Katao for his TBs, Kikau because i like big monsters on the edge and Fualalo because he is a cheap middle forward who should avg 35+ starting at lock which will make good money. Im assuming that having only 3 players under 290k in my 17 is on the low end compared to others

If you had to choose 2 out these 3 who would you pick?
Katoa,Kennar and Isaako
