Has Thurston placed money on a Cowboys 1-12 win. Shocking kicking tonight.

True, I currently have Katoa and the money to replace him. My 18-21 however is
Nicholas, Havilii and Kikau. Not sure it's worth swapping one of them for a WFB. Like they should get decent price rises.
At the same time I could swap one out for a decent WFB, and then trade Katoa to them if they do alright next week.
Fair point, rolling lockout gives you options (asuming Katoa is out injured)
1) I straight out swap to whoever scores better out of Kennar/Hiku/Isaako next week.
Like yourself I could swap one of my cow forwards but then I could pick another dud, where waiting only costs a little $$ and you get to choose.
2) Trade Inglis to say Kennar/Hiku and have a large pool of $$$ for next week to pick a replacement for Katoa, ie Mbye/Dufty etc
Lets you get a look at players and can pick the best option.
3) Downgrade a forward and gamble with another cheapie in main line up to allow upgrade of Katoa next week

I thought all the games were good for R1. Knights game exceptional. Back in the day, the first three rounds were normally shit while the teams got match fitness and combos together. Not now.
I particularly enjoyed watching the also rans get touched up by St.Merge

Fifita scored 92 or is it doubling because of my VC on him?

And yet year after year Storm seem to able to start first round on fire. No other team seems to match this? Warriors Fan (worse starts in the comp)
