Little bit disappointing.. couple of missed tackles and forced offloads that led to errors.. but he pulled off the big try save on Taumalolo.. was involved in missing the very next to concede, though maybe not his fault.

He took the line on a few times.. so I'm still hopeful. 31's not bad if he can turn some of those errors into actual point scoring offloads.

Was actually there for the first time last weekend. Not a bad little patch of the world.

Sorry to hear that mate. Hope it recedes quickly. Also, sorry for accidentally hitting the downvote. I meant to hit the upvote. Fat fingers and drunk.

You can't just say the same bloody thing i did, I did it first!
Also, I'd take Mission or Bramston over Kurramine, that said I haven't been to any of those in quite some time (except for one small fishing trip around dunk and beddarra island) so that advice is a decade or two outdated.

Edit: Just realised SI was talking about when he was a kid so his advice is a century or two outdated.

Hahahaha, I didn't see yours until I'd finished posting mine. Yeah, I'd take Mission over Kurramine as well, but having a block there made it better. I don't think I ever went to Bramston. I spent my teenage years living at Bushland Beach and that was fucking awesome when there was only a couple of hundred people there, but apparently it is a cesspit of humanity 25 years on Crying or Very sad

I have Katoa as starting WFB (yes im an idiot).

I have 150k leftover in the bank.

I have Kennar in my EMG and I do not have Isaako.

    My options:
    1. Wait till next week and trade to Isaako
    2. Wait till next week and trade to someone else with the 150k (can't see anyone apart from Isaako
    3. Downgrade someone now (SST, Murray or RFM) and then straight to Dufty/Gun next week.
    4. Option I am not thinking of.....?

    Team is

    Smith
    Lodge-SST
    RFM-Murray-Brown
    Croft- Carty
    Hiku-Inglis
    Ponga-Teddy-Katoa

    Lichaa-Cook-Griffin-Kikau
    Nicholls-Havili- Kennar-Croker

    Murray to arrow?
Then Katoa to dufty next week?

I was one that had Katoa but on the bench. I might risk not going with CTR/flb cover and get tanginoa. Thought he was very impressive. If they ain't even going to use brown or Winterstein then surely he stays in the 17 when lussick back. A clone of AFB but nearly half the price?

Those thinking about getting coin for a Katoa to Murray upgrade you are going to need around 325K give or take. Tough.

My concern is if I drop Murray to get Dufty, I save a trade. But just have to spend another one later bringing Murray back

Katoa to any cow next week looks on. Have Hiku for WFB/CTR cover already. Katoa now surplus to requirements.

Got Katoa on the bench with Kennar as WFB/CTR cover so don't have to panic about the injury. Gonna wait it out for the best cow in that range before burning trades

Scores seem very low across the board. If this continues the magic number is going to shift heaps this week and those break evens are going to be way off the mark

Probably the best bit of advice everyone can read all day. I keep seeing these posts, somewhat panicking, about trading in/out player X. We have literally just started the year, not even half way through round 1 yet and people are already worried about certain players. Take a step back and evaluate from there. Nobody is going to have a perfect team, nobody is going to be able to get every cash cow. I get it's all fun and opens discussion, but we are literally in round 1 lol.

While I'm sad I don't have isaako, my reasoning was sound enough and I was just unlucky. Still a long weekend left. Plenty more injuries to be had
