But even then, how will you differentiate between brown and black while getting dressed in the dark? There's a good chance you still end up with one black and one brown sock.

Haha take every pair with you? I’d just pair them up when I put them away so I only have to grab one pair out in the morning and I know they’re matching Razz

Whilst there is obvious weakness in the team, Anyone I would look to trade still has plenty of money to be made. Plus, non are scoring that poorly that they are a must trade.

Cant convince myself that rushing in Murray at the cost of ruining balance in the team.

Ok mate, here's how I see your situation...

In the ideal world we want to generate as much cash as quickly as possible without sacrificing too many points along the way. The reason we want to generate that cash is to build the absolute best starting 17 as soon as possible.

I like your starting 2RF lineup, it seems you have spent a bit of coin there (which sure, has lightened you up in other areas but you already know this) so the questions are, are the three that you already have seasons end keepers and if not, assuming that you see Murray as being so along with the rest of the crowd, who do you offload?

In my opinion, and although it's very early in the season so hard to tell, the only one I'm not convinced on entirely is Harris. That being said, there is no way I would offload him at the current point in time. He has a lower BE than Murray, the Warriors seems to be utilising him a lot and in typical Tohu fashion he is pretty rock solid. He will still make money for the coming weeks.

If Murray had DPP status this would be different but he doesn't.

I definitely think Murray is worth jumping on for people that have spent money elsewhere and aren't as loaded as you are in that position but for you mate, I think it will be a bit detrimental. If you could do Nicholls to him in one then you would but outside of that I feel you'd be better off focussing on getting other areas ironed out first.

I didn't think Douehi was particularly good at half (although he scored ok). Certainly not good enough to shuffle your club around to keep him there. Inglis should be at FB soon enough anyway.

However Douehi is a pretty big body and can cover halves, centres and possibly second row so a position as bench utility bleeding cash could be a possibility.

I'd like to say that I expect my wife to do this for me but that would be a lie... Apparently I'm a trophy husband so therefore I'm expected to cook, clean and do my own washing and folding etc... So yes, I would pair them up, MYSELF, and put them away in a drawer. Laughing

    D) Nicholls - TPJ, Croft - Doueihi (335K left over and keep Lichaa)

I'm leaning towards C, then my team will be a a killer position to make money.

Meercats, I'd love your view on my team and proposed trade ideas.

I'm banking on ARey being made of glass. Was in doubt in round 1 with a foot injury then goes down in round 1 and out for a month. The guy just can't stay on the field, but when he is on the field, he's doing sweet FA for the team.

Hey Mearcats - you reckon it's worth burning a trade and Lichaa to grab JMK/Tanginoa/Robinson? Would be an 18-21 swap.

Appreciate the constructive response. Happy that you reflect my current views. Im comfortable staying with this team for the next few weeks, assuming that cashies continue their current averages, most of them averaging around the 30 mark which is good enough for now. They will make me some good coin, then I can start plugging holes, particularly in the CTR and on my bench.

@Mearcats would love your view on my team.

    CS9
    Arrow Lodge
    Murray Jurbo RFM
    Doui DCE
    Mitchell Isaako
    Ponga Turbo Thompson

    Cook TPJ Carty Kikau

    Havili Kennar Croker Katoa

I know Katoa isn't losing money but he also isn't making money and with a 21 man squad this year you need as much money coming in as possible. I have already made my two trades this week
(Croft to Thompson and Lichaa to Cook) I have 111K ITB. Would really appreciate your advice on what to do with Katoa next week, this week, coming weeks. Maybe next week I can find someone underperforming (i.e. RFM, Mitchell) and double trade with Katoa to bring in the likes of Griffin, Hiku.

    Cheers mate.

There is that... although if Souths keep stinking Farah is an option at half (Although by then Douehi will have made a bit of coin anyway)

Thompson plays Friday Kenner plays Saturday. If Thompson scored a 15 I just swap havili and Kennar (hoping he does better than 15) and then I would get Kennar scores as my EMG would then be

    18. Kennar - 100
    19. Thompson - 15
    20. Havili
    21. Croker

Do you think Havilli will score more points than Kennar and Thompson? If so you may wish to set your emergencies as follows, in case one of your other players is a late withdrawal

    18. Havilli
    19. Croker
    20. Thompson
    21. Kennar

If Thompson gets a crap score then swap Croker and Kennar.

And their middle defense is very vulnerable. And out wide. And around the ruck. And in broken play.

Any ideas with this lot. Everyone seems to be useful and making cash!

    Smith,
    SST, Arrow
    Merrin, Carty, RFM
    Walker, Croft
    Aitken, Hiku
    Teddy, Ponga, Thompson

    Cook, Griffin, Lodge, Rochow
    Kikau, Havili, Kennar, Nichols

66k and currently ranked 557, would like to get higher.

Have taken away my proposed trades to see if there's something new you can see.

    Good to see ya back
