Hess running at Croft all night should be interesting.

Re: 2018 NRL.com Fantasy Thread Part 17
Aiden Tolman...started the season priced at 47pts
due to 2 low scores he's dropped down to being priced at 43pts (with a BE of 65)
He will drop a little more coin this week...
if he can avg 50 points at lock, he would be good value in the FRF, and a good pick-up in the next fortnight (con: he doesn't play round 13)

Do you think Havilli will score more points than Kennar and Thompson? If so you may wish to set your emergencies as follows, in case one of your other players is a late withdrawal
18. Havilli
19. Croker
20. Thompson
21. Kennar
If Thompson gets a crap score then swap Croker and Kennar.
Cookie monster is smart. Set up the cookie monster way (unless you think Kennar and Thompson will both outscore Havili)

I think is Milch who always bangs on about this, but inconsistency only really matters in h2h, as long as the average remains at the relevant price point. 30pts one week and 80 the next is still very good, just the type of player SJ is, and the sort of team the warriors are.
Yes, consistency only matters for H2H, and also captaincy.
Also, SJ gets a bad rap for being inconsistent. He has scored consistently well (when fit) for years now. Certainly no worse than the other gun halves

@Milchcow How did that auto-emergency team go? Did fanhub finally get something right or have they screwed us again?
Cheers

My loophole plan is
Katoa 17
Kikau 18
If Kikau scores well I leave. If he spuds it I swap Katoa with Isaako/Croker/Havili
Alternative to Kikau is start him and Rochow 18 with Croker/Havili backup

I had TPJ subbed in as FRF, and then next available 2RF took the next spot.
This week I have swapped the 2RF and FRF order beneath TPJ, but expect TPJ to go front row again as an AE.

I think without ET around that can only help Rochow.
Tigers probably won't concede 18 penalties again this week either which should help him get a few more tackles/run metres in.
I'd be using Kikau as loop player before Rochow as Kikau has a bigger chance of going low (but is still capable of putting out a big score)

Re: 2018 NRL.com Fantasy Thread Part 17
In a similar predicament to wolfking in that I'm trading Croft and Lichaa this week. Opinions on these would be great
Option A: Buy TPJ and Turbo and have a few dollars left
Option B: Buy Robinson and TPJ and have 457k left( this is the option I'm going with at the moment)
Option C: Buy Robinson and break the bank with any other player, most likely Cleary,SJ or DCE.
This is my team before trades with 116k in the bank
Smith
Fifita Lodge
Murray Arrow RFM
Croft Cartwright
Mitchell Kennar
Tedesco Ponga Thompson
Cook
Lichaa
Griffin
Rochow
Kikau
Isaako
Doueihi
Croker
Help please!

Well that seems to be what they promised, but if your theory of filling emergencies in order from HOK>FRF>2RF>HLF>CTR>WFB is true you would get the same result. Next week will tell us for sure.
Thanks for this

What's story with Tolman? I would like to hold off on TPJ mania or any other mid range FRF in the hope Tolman reverts to decent minutes and cut price keeper

This loophole only works if you have a Non playing player (ie Katoa) in your squad. Is that correct?

There's a story in the Fairfax press about him getting shipped to the Sharkies, asap.

The dogs have no depth i'd be surprised if Tolman was let go this year, even though he's an average footy player.

Hess is a bludger. Good for a short ball at the line and that's it.

Will Isaako be kicking goals with Kahu out?
