First time poster, been an avid follower since the preseason though, a big thank you for all the great insights and the funny banter, it's made playing fantasy a lot more enjoyable so far!

Quick question re: a potential nicholls > Tanginoa trade, I'm pretty stacked in the 2RF (Harris, Merrin, TPJ, Griffin, SST, RFM) but with a BE of 0 and averaging 30 odd in 40 minutes, is a bit of a cash grab on Kelepi worthwhile?

The jersey size thing happens alot. It is why thaiday hasnt worn the #9

Does anyone know how many sets of jerseys a team has during the year (not counting wests and the warriors - they have a different jersey every week)?

I'm assuming from the comments above that it's not like other pro sports where there is a new set of jerseys for every game (often with the fixture and date embroidered on the uniform - for memorabilia sales purposes)?

Firstly welcome mate & good to see you posting. Yeah I think Tanginoa is a good pick, he's a beast. The only thing is I read that Lussick is ahead of schedule & could return next week so I suppose that means either Lane or Tanginoa could lose their spot in the 17. However with the Manly 17 performing so well it was suggested that Lussick would have to bide his time in reserve grade as you wouldn't change a winning team.

i believe they are brand new for every game? i could be very wrong.

I am sort of making this up but i believe the sizing is due to the club at start of season ordering X number of jerseys in Y sizes. eg all the "9" jerseys for the season for the broncos are the same size (or two?) and therefore nothing ot fit a guy like thaiday. etc

You'd think that they'd just do the numbers last minute onto whatever size jersey fits the player (i'm guessing they're still applied old-school and not sublimated - unless that changed after the infamous Broncos game a few years back where the jersey numbers kept coming off and it was all Ray Hadley could talk about).

Hmmm...I already have Murray. Need a half but dont know if its worth spending the coin for DCE or Cleary. I might just play it out this week and see how it goes with team. Have a feeling Brown will take more time off him thank Marshall King did.
