Aitken as he is less injury prone and less chance to play origin. Also has higher potential to go big in a so far solid Dragons team.

Aitken, he will take slightly longer to get injured.

Nathan Ross might be worth a look at soon, remember him going quite well in the centres before and dropping in price fast

Anyone under 500k worth trading Cartwright too?

Have done Merrin > DCE to give Walker a partner.

I think I might go Carty to JFH if he's got that lock spot.
Is he worth getting in now or have I missed the boat?

Or do I go a differen route and try out

    Merrin > Matterson (HLF)
    Carty > Alvaro

    Team will look like

    Smith
    Kikau, Alvaro
    Murray, Arrow, RFM
    Walker, Matterson
    Aitken, Hiku/Isaako
    Teddy, Ponga, Thompson

    Cook, Griffin, Rochow, Lodge
    Hiku, Havili, JMK, Kennar

    Thoughts lads?

Literally doing the maths on him now, good timing

If he averages 40 from now should top out at around 590k in about 6 weeks
Has a high PPM of good base stats in 2018 so you should get 150k out of him still + his points for a while
Only reason he is still reasonably priced was the low score where they got pumped by the Rabbitohs (He missed 7 tackles and made an error but this seems a one off)

An average when starting at lock or in the Back row of 38 (off 70 minutes) but he has increased his work rate this year so is more effective off less time

Have a list of players I am going through this evening in my thread, feel free to let me know if I missed anyone worth looking at

    Option A
Merrin and Carty > DCE and JFH, 70k in the bank

    Option B
Merrin and Carty > Matterson and Alvaro, 10k in the bank

Option A, one guaranteed gun and one performing better than the trade out

You get a season keeper and one less player to worry about trading. Matterson is probably a trade down the line
