Saw Wade Graham get interviewed on the fox NRL Tonight show and he said he was hoping to only miss one game. I think he was just being very overly optimistic.

Also saw Uate getting hunted by Penrith so may see him pick up his game.

looking at either Taumalolo or Taupau. is Tpow's BE22? seems low but may bring him in over Lolo if that's the case. If he goes cold I should pick up some change and trade in another gun?

    Yeah or Nay ?

Shoulf be able to lolo next week or so

If you can get both in consecutive weeks, makes sense to get the lowest BE first.

Cheers, BE seems too low off the page 1 spreadsheet. but yeah Tpow's price should rise faster than lolo

Taupau 22, Tolo 49, so yeah Taupau first based on that.

Any initial options would be great please fellas.  After getting inside the top 1000 for the first time last week, this week I dropped 600 places to around 1400.

    Smith
    JFH Arrow
    Murray Tolo RFM
    MBye Maloney
    Mitchell Marsters
    TEddy Ponga Thompson

    Cook Griffin Kikau Rein

    Havilli Soro Isaako Coggar

    163K and 22 trades

    I think I'm going to go Havilli to Fifita but I need 90K.  So it's either;

    Thompson - Capewell

    or

    Soro - Martin

I feel Martin is a trap though depening on Tolman.  The Capewell one gives me the advantage of moving Mitchell to the back.  The Martin one gives me an extra player next week if Rein is benched.  I know my halves suck, but I'll worry about that next week.  MBye will just have to stay put.  No half options 90K under his price.  Two trades next week gives me a gun half and a strong team with 18 remaining.  Keeping Thompson gives me the extra bye player if I choose to keep him that long.

Any thoughts or things I'm missing is much appreciated. I want to keep Arrow too, because he's the best forward available bar Fifita IMO.

Keeping Thompson for the first bye round risks losing all the $$s his made already. He's gone from my team this week. Job done.

I was looking that way. Getting Capewell for him hopefully gives Capewell 3 to 4 weeks and the money he makes he can easily be turned into a decent WFB/CTR keeper.

another option is thompson to fonua and hope he can pump out a 30 avg and make 150k.

previously avging 26 and 21 fantasy points at the storm but he is looking much busier since coming back to aus. hard to deny his form. hopefully lolohea is named this week so we can work out if fonua makes the cut or not

I don't think I can justify getting Capewell. Same reason why I will probably hold Arrow. I have so many players that I'll need to trade out soon cuz a) someone is coming back (Rein), b) got injured (Sorenson) or c) are under-performing (Cogger/Hiku/Thompson) that I will need all the trades I can get.

Hopefully JMK scores a bit better this week or I can add him that list too. I've ridden the no WFB/CTR cover wave the last couple of weeks and it will blow up in my face I can feel it lol.

At least I get Surgess back this week but it's (probably) just a straight swap for Arrow.

I looked at RTS but this week my targets are set on Fifita I think.

Haven't really thought about Fonua as too much competition. Nofo dropped you'd think for Lolohea with Fonua keeping MWZ out too I'd say. He could keep his spot.

Yeah, exactly what I'd be afraid of.

My debacle in regards to Capewell also. I guess it all comes down to who you think you'd be happy with in your final 17 as to how many trades you'd need. Would love a bargin cashout to come along this week, but not looking likely.

This is exactly it. I have just over $300k in the bank, so I'm thinking I'd be better off trading in a couple of keepers in the short term than worrying about cows. Unless a bargain one comes along this week as you said. If Peats is named I'm probably going to upgrade Rein straight away, not going to piss round even with a BE of 7

Little confused as to people's urgency regarding getting rid of Rein. Guy has a BE of 7 still. I would say he has 2-4 weeks left. Two is Peats returns this week and 4 is he doesn't. Should be able to ride him all the way to 13 I'm hoping

I have been contemplating RFM trade also.   My forwards currently and then predicted are

    My side looks as follows

    Cook
    Arrow  Kikau
    JFH Murray Lolo
    DCE Maloney
    Capewell Mitchell
    RTS Ponga Teddy

    McCullogh Havili Su'a RFM

    Haas JMK Sorenson Isaako
    I want to get it

    8 Arrow
    10 Fifita
    11 Surgess
    12 Lolo
    13 Jurbo
    14 McCullogh
    15 Kikau
    16
    17 SJ
    18

I think I would be happy to aim for 16 JFH and 18 Curray.  I saw Surgess play in Rd 7 and he was a level above anyone else on the field.  I can grab him now with RFM and ave made 1 move at best cost ratio I think I will get?
