I think the Tigers will go alright tonight. Not that that necessarily means a high score for Thompson, even if I'm right.

I think that is reading too much into it. I reckon he was phoning it in, in the early rounds. He noticeably pulled his finger out a few weeks ago.
I got him after the 81, which has been good to me so far with three scores of 60+ since.
Now just hoping he can keep it up, but once everyone is onboard, it doesn't matter as much, unless you make him captain.
Not just that, first few rounds were low scoring for everyone. Refs crackdown and all that meant lots of people were scoring poorly.
If I was trying to predict Taumalolo's next few scores, I'd rather go on his recent scoring as a guide rather than his home/away scoring

Perhaps, but will it be a round looking like 950, until Sunday poor scores kill hope.
Or will it look like heading for 700, before someone goes nuts on Sunday and saves the round.

What are people doing with Arrow? How long do you think he'll be out? I'm burning trades, but can't afford to keep him too long?

I'm keeping Arrow until something concrete comes out. Atm no one really knows how long he'll be out.

Jcroker, Aitken, Rein and RTS
where you have
Matterson, Hiku, Mitchel and Thompson

The only info that has come out is no serious damage with the injury being a 1-3 week timeline, although reports have said he is being 'rested' this week.
Gut feeling is that he is back next week.

haha, get where you're coming from. doing my head in that one.
Brennans actual quotes on Tuesday were:
"He is still very sore and it is not the right thing to force him to play if not 100 percent right.
"I think it is best for him personally to hold him back and give him another week off and freshen him up for Newcastle or, if not, we have the bye the week after.
"He just nodded and said yep OK [when told he would not be selected]. He's not going to pull himself out of the team, I had to do it for him and protect him a little bit, so it was my call."
Obviously he does say that it *could* be two weeks, but the rest of what he says strongly suggests to me he'll only miss a week.
*Actually the Titans still have to play the Roosters before they have the bye. Hopefully someones told Garth.

The Merrin update was that his finger is f**ked, but he'll play on because everyone else is injured.
Not sure what the source was.
Didn't the Panthers offer him a free box of Krispy Kreme donuts if he decided to take the field?
